They make sure all your needs are met! Family owned which is a bonus! Breakfast and dinner on their rooftop was outstanding! They help you plan any trips into Positano or to the beach and provide guidance so you can navigate and plan accordingly! We did not want to leave a contemplated extended our stay instead of going to other parts of Italy that we had planned!

Hotel Pellegrino was excellent. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. They include private shuttles to and from the beaches which is great as the transport options there are very limited. Thank you Luigi for the great service!

The hotel, location and staff were completely exceptional. Luigi and his family were welcoming and made this stay even better! They offer a shuttle to the near by cities. The breakfast included is a must, especially with the terrasse overlooking the sea. Dinner at Pellegrino was also a 10/10. Highly recommended. Thank you again!

I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay on this property. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious and the sea front views from the balcony as well as the restaurant are impressive.
The biggest highlight was the friendliness and attention provided by all the staff, everyone was extremely helpful helping with all of our questions and requests (such as suggesting places to visit, arranging transfers, booking parking spots and dinner recommendations). They made our stay and overall experience very pleasant. I would not hesitate to come back to this beautiful hotel.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Luigi and his family made this stay fantastic ! our room was quaint, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing
Not one thing: even with the slight restraint of the hot water being dependent on solar in morning , we had no issues .

Hotel is family run and they are amazing people. Very friendly and accommodating to any request.
On site restaurant had a very diverse menu and all of the selections we tried were great.
We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.
Facility was great and there was not anything we didn't like.

The family team at Hotel Pellegrino goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and everything is taken care of. I don’t have enough to say about how wonderful Luigi and his family are as hosts - and they truly view you as their valued guests, similar to having friends in your own home. They helped with so many details large and small. Special praise is due for the amazing breakfast on the restaurant terrace as well as the gorgeous ocean facing balcony in the room. Would stay again!!
A little difficult to get in touch with prior to the visit to confirm a transfer and a few small details but in the end, every detail was attended to.

Our stay was fantastic. The quality of this place was 5 stars. Comfortable room, bed, and everything we needed daily. The family that runs it is amazing. Their level of customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. We stayed four nights, and the location of Praiano was perfect for us. It allowed us to visit Positano, which is only 10 to 15 minutes by car, and also head the other way and go to Amalfi and Ravello on other days. However, the town of Praiano, although quiet, is underrated. We went out for very nice walks, down to water or up to town. The restaurant inside this hotel is great as well. We didn't even bother going elsewhere for dinner, and we ate different things daily. One of the best things about this hotel is that they have a private parking garage, so getting our rental was an easy decision.
Nothing. It was all wonderful.

We loved the helpful staff, the delicious breakfast and dinner, the gorgeous view from our private terrace/balcony and the rain shower with uv lights. We also loved that the room and the entire property were exceptionally clean. The sheets were very nice quality.
We were especially grateful for the assistance with booking a car to take us to the Naples train station on our last morning, as well as for the SITA bus tickets that we used on our excursion to Amalfi and Ravello. (Don't miss Ravello... the town and its villas and gardens are exceptional!) Federico showed us exactly where to go to catch the bus to Ravello using Google maps. That kind of personal attention and helpfulness is what distinguishes Hotel Pellegrino. Likewise we appreciated the personal shuttle service to Positano, along with advice from Luigi about where to eat while we were there.
This is an excellent, family-run hotel that provides an authentic Italian hospitality experience.
The wifi in our room never worked very well, though it seemed to work when we were in other parts of the property, so it may have just been our room location.
The pillows were large, firm and not comfortable, though in fairness to Hotel Pellegrino I should say that we never asked if they had any different pillow options.

The family that runs the hotel is exceptional - friendly, accommodating, incredibly helpful, and so kind. They knew us by name and asked us about our days and how they could help make our experience in the area great. The view from our room was fantastic, and the hotel breakfast was above and beyond. It really is an amazing find.

We decided to stay at Hotel Pellegrino after reading the numerous positive reviews! Our experience was just as we intended it would be and more! Luigi and his family truly go above and beyond to ensure your stay is incredible. From the amazing breakfast every morning, the views, the quiet location that is easily accessible to the many surrounding cities, their car service, beautiful rooms, their son Federico's amazing concierge services and Daniella's incredible cooking you won't regret staying at this hotel!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic and the best we had in our entire Italy stay. The room was beautiful and large with a fabulous balcony overlooking the water. The breakfasts were incredible with anything you could possibly want brought straight to your personal table on the terrace rather than the traditional buffet. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Luigi and his family who went the extra mile multiple times to give us the most amazing experience in the Amalfi coast. The location was perfect for getting anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this fantastic hotel!! The restaurant is also wonderful with an excellent chef so also a great place just for dinner!
Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

the hospitality was incredible and their restaurant is a hidden gem. They treated us so incredibly well there and I am so thankful for them giving us an unforgettable experience. They also drove us to places nearby and that was fantastic and so helpful (and saved us money). The tips they provided were super helpful as well like helping us find a beach that was a good fit vs just going where everyone goes.

This place is the best kept secret on the Amalfi coast! I wish I could tell you not to come just so I could have it all to myself whenever I come back but the truth is you'll miss out on an amazing experience if you don't stay here. Luigi, Federico, Daniela and Alessia made our stay remarkable. If you want Italian culture, this is the place to get it. Their history and ties to the coast go way back and their food at the restaurant is the best we had across the coast. The family was so helpful in planning our trip- we wouldn't have known where to start without their daily guidance. The hotel was so clean, I would have eaten my pasta off the ground in the bathroom floor. Great location and views are to die for. THANK YOU!
No complaints at all!

Amazing hotel while in Praiano. The owner, Luigi, and his amazing family, are the best people we have met on our trip to Italy. Luigi offers free transfers for all his guests.
The breakfast prepared by Luigi's daughter was delicious.
Highly recommended!!
The hotel is a little bit far from the city center and restaurants. However, that is not an issue at all since Luigi is always ready to drive you wherever you want in Praiano, whenever you want.

The hospitality was more than My husband and I ever expected or experienced. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel right at home! Nothing is ever a burden for them even if it seems it might be to you. The hotel is very clean and neat. Nothing is out of place either. This hidden gem is a must stay! Oh, and might I add the breakfast is a plus! Dinner is great too when you don’t want to go into town. 100% would stay again!

Luigi and his family were so accommodating of everything we wanted to do in the Amalfi. They helped us book restaurants, a day trip to Capri and went out of their way to find us a booking at a nearby beach club. Also, Luigi was so helpful in driving us and picking us up from nearby areas.
The hotel itself is also absolutely wonderful. Our room was clean and the bathroom a very high spec. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views over Praiano.
We ate dinner at the restaurant on the roof terrace on one night and had breakfast at the hotel every morning. We could not fault the food, it was so fresh and delicious.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would recommend this gem of a place to anyone visiting Praiano.

We truly felt that we were in a five star hotel. Room was exceptional. Very clean. Best breakfast we had in Italy! Choices were amazing and u limited! In addition, Luigi and his family and staff were all exceptional and so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Extremely helpful with ALL of our requests. Extremely accommodating with parking, personalized shuttle service, our questions and helpful with planning our days. We had dinner at the hotel and it was excellent. Location was really nice, and outside of the craziness of Positano and Amalfi. Access to restaurant and beach was easy and made easier with Luigi and his family.

Amazing service, family run hotel, the breakfast was fantastic and the view was incredible!!! Luigi and his family try their best to make you feel at home and even provide a complimentary shuttle service to pick you up and drop you off in the Praiano area! We were flying out early one morning from Naples airport. They organise transfer and packed breakfast for us. Thank you Luigi and family for everything 😊

The family that run the hotel are amazingly warm and generous and couldn’t do enough to help. The room was bright airy and comfortable with a lovely bougainvillea shaded balcony. The food at breakfast was homemade and delicious. Evening meals also amazing. loved the place.

My absolute favorite of the 6 places we stayed in Italy. The pictures online don't do it justice - it's twice as beautiful, and sparkling clean. This family owned establishment went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Very kind people, who obviously take great pride in their hotel. I loved that the a/c got nice and cold, the bed was very comfortable, and our balcony was fantastic, with amazing views. The owner even gave us a ride each morning to Positano, just a few minutes away. And, my goodness, the food was just so fantastic!! Really good breakfast, with a ton of choices. We had dinner there as well, and drinks, and I cannot say enough how wonderful it was. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Don't hesitate booking this wonderful hotel.

I have travelled internationally for forty years and have never come across a hotel owner and staff who go to such an exceptional effort to make your stay perfect like Hotel Pellegrino did. The hotel is perfectly situated in Praiano which is only 15 mins drive from Positano. It is minutes walk from the centre with a fabulous beach club (a walk under the church) and restaurants The hotel provides shuttles which is so helpful. It is that beautiful, classic Amalfi hotel. We sat every morning and had a glorious breakfast overlooking the sea, it was fabulous. Recommend the sea view room with terrace, very roomy with sun loungers. Elegant, large bathroom and air con. Luigi the owner was one of the kindest souls I have ever met, every guest he really goes the extra mile. I would highly recommend this fantastic place.
