The pool was nice and refreshing. Outside area is beautiful. The starter and desert of the dinner were tasty.
This place is an illusion. Double the price like other Riads, probably because it‘s the only one around and they make use of it. The rooms are super old. Doors are not working properly, toilet lid falls down to your back, toilet paper holder falls off, furniture is old and dusty. Every corner of the room was dirty and dusty. It was not clean, there were dead insects on the ground and a lot of insects alive that we had to remove before sleeping. Yes we are in north africa but for this price you should expect some comfort. There was one half roll of toilet paper and and empty tissue box. AC didn‘t cool down properly. Shower holder was not there, instead there was a hole where hundreds of ants came through.
Dinner is was way overpriced (210 DH) and there is literally not even water included. They charged us 15 DH for a bottle of water which is a joke. Main course was okay but not worth the price. Breakfast nothing special compared to other accommodations in Morocco.

The garden & the pool.
The pool had very little shade. The food was very average. The service was poor, I had to go to the kitchen on more than one occasion to ask for basic items without which I couldn't start a meal. The room was large however very dark as only 1 tiny window. The clincher was the 2:30am wakeup with ants (retreating from the heat apparently) falling from the ceiling onto the bed. This was after finding an ant nest in the pillows. The owner should be involved with the property & it was evident he is absent.

The trees, flowers and nature inside the hotel was beautiful. The pool was very nice and the atmosphere was really calm.
We can recommend it :):)
The dinner at night was very expensive so we were eating somewhere else.
I asked them to wash my clothes.
They did two washing machines, however one would have been enough, because the amount of clothes was not much. This wouldn't be a problem, but they really ask for 20€ afterwards! 20€ for two small "washing machines". That was crazy and not at all understandable.

The finishing touches of this hotel are really nice and you can tell that a lot of thought has been put into the property! The staff were very helpful and always agreeable to help us out with anything!
We were disappointed both days that the hot water never lasted long enough for even one short shower. The price of the hotel was significantly higher than other places so we expected a lot and felt it was really nice, but maybe not worth the price ticket. The hammam and massage (the main reasons we went there) were both broken and so we were unable to use these amenities.
