Coup de coeur pour cet établissement, accueil chaleureux et très bel établissement

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, Abdou qui s'est occupé de nous est une personne très attentionnée et nous le remercions de tout coeur. L'établissement est très bien situé à la sortie de Ait Ben Haddou, le lieu est plaisant et calme, la piscine agréable et la vue est magnifique. Nous y avons également très bien mangé, la carte propose de la cuisine marocaine et européenne. Nous avons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.

Une bonne étape

Nous avons apparemment été surclassé dans une chambre petite mais agréable. Nous avons profité de massages vraiment très biens et très agréables..

Op 5 min. van Ait Ben Haddou. Mooie kamers, heerlijk dakterras waar je kunt relaxen (in de zon).

Perfect to stay when visiting Ait Benhaddou

Very nice host. Beautiful hotel to stay in. Very unique way it is built. Right next to Ait Benhaddou.

A bit pricy dinner but you can see the prices so no complaints. Breakfast is rather lacking options. Coffee was good.

Exceptional

We stayed in the Gladiator suite for 2 nights whilst visiting Ait Benhaddou. The room and spa were great - small indoor pool and hamman, with a good breakfast. We ate dinner in the hotel both nights which was excellent. Would definitely recommend - is 45 minutes walk up the road from Ait Benhaddou so perfect for people driving themselves, though taxis are available.

Not luxury, just a place to stay on the journey from Merzouga to Marrakech.

The front desk clerk was very kind! And extremely accommodating when our a/c was not working.

On the road…not the best location. Not nearly as nice as the photos. But is was good for one night. The inn keeper was wonderful.

Very nice room, spacious. A bit outside of the town, but if you have a car, no problem.

At the breakfast, food and drinks were running out, as well as clean cups, plates, etc. No running water in the morning.

LACKS BASIC SAFETY

The facilities are nice

BASIC SAFETY We booked two rooms, one for my wife and myself, one for our 3 children ages 19, 17 and 14. Our room was in the inside of the main building, our children's room was in the outside in a section facing the main road. During the night our three children developed really bad diarrea and fever, they tried to call us but our phones didn't work in our room and also the wifi was so bad that their calls didn't go through. Of course then they tried to go to our room but they had to go through the main door of the hotel which it was locked....they knocked and knocked and knocked and nobody answered. They were very close to breaking the windows of the hotel to go into it in order to reach our room but their fever went down after taking cold showers. In the morning I explained what had happened to the staff and asked for a pharmacy and they said everything was closed as it was January 1st. Of course I didn't believe them.....I just drove to the village, I asked a random person in the street for an open pharmacy and got the directions to it.

Top property to stay

The property and the rooms are very beautiful. Room was also warm. although it was quite cold outside. We have been given a better room than the one booked. Food at the hotel restaurant was very good, there was a heating inside the restaurant so it was very pleasant to stay. Staff was very polite and helpful.

We could not use the Spa facilities because we arrived late (due to our fault not of the property), although I understood that the water in the pool was heated and it was indeed warm which is rare (all other riads with spa did not have heated water so the spa could not be used during the winter time).

The breackfast was poor. The access to the bed in the room was difficult. They do not follow safety protocol in the bathroom. Sharp corners and slippery floor.

Awesome place to stay!

What a lovely place, the owner is so friendly and nice, goes around talking to all her guests. Beautiful guest house and we had the best dinner here. Our best tangier in Morocco. Also has free parking, if needed. Would highly recommend this place.

Delicious food, friendly staff and excellent spa

we had a great stay there while visiting Aït Benhaddou. The room was clean and food was excellent. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful and the owner gave us great tips on where to park in Aït Benhaddou and where to shop for good price in Quazazarte. Another highlight was the hammam treatment. After I fell asleep immediately and felt like in heaven. Thanks again for a great stay!

I would really recommend staying here

Great location with a nice view. The rooms are just spectacular and very clean. The host and staff are so nice and provide in everything you need. There is also a spa in the Kasbah wich offers several body treatments. Great WiFi connection as well.
