Comfortable hotel in a good location

Nice comfortable room. The breakfast had a good selection and the location was within walking distance to the train station and the city centre.

The beds had mattress toppers which I'm not a fan of. Otherwise the bed was comfortable though

From start to finish it was a disappointment as the room wasn’t clean and the headboard was broken and had to put towels

Not clean, staff were unhelpful, curtains were transparent and not respecting our rights to privacy.

Just for location one can choose this but otherwise it doesn't meet the IBIS standard of hotels.

Excellent Location near the Train station and plenty of cafes/restaurants. Happening area.

Very poor Wi-Fi in the room. My computer didn't connect and the staff didn't do much about it. Very small rooms, especially for two people. The price is quite high compared to the facilities. Breakfast was average. One of the lights was not working in the room. Also was not happy with the check-in procedure.

Good location for our needs, close to the station and the city center. Kind and helpful staff. Possibility to obtain free tea/coffee and snacks also outside usual breakfast time.

Quality meets the price

Really good breakfast with local products. Amazing freshly squeezed orange juice! Very comfortable bed and satisfying level of cleanliness. Central location with 10min walk to bus station. Worth the price!

Good hotel for its money

Location is almost perfect, breakfast is superb for money. Staff is good and place is clean. Some rooms have nice views

Grenoble stay

Very nice hotel, close to main attractions Loved the room, it has big comfortable king size bed, quality pillows and sheets, very cosy and clean,beautiful view and extra mirrors in the room was a plus Nice breakfast in the morning (loved the fresh orange juice))

Very good

The breakfast was good and diverse enough with cereal, boiled eggs, pancakes with various toppings, fruits, bread, juice and many sorts of tea. The room was comfortable, as was the queen-size bed. Though the room had the view on the street (and mountains), it was silent at night. The room was also fully dark at night, which is overall great for a good sleep.

The magnetic card for our room didn't work 2 times, we couldn't get into the room. Both times it was fixed on the reception. The towels were initially brought for 1 person (we were 2). We notified the receptionist right away, however the second set of towels was brought only on the next day.

Exceptional

A simple and clean hotel and the staff was great. The location was very good. It was very close to the train station, a tram intersection and walkable to Vieux Grenoble.

Basic IBIS hotel. Don't know why it's rated as an IBIS Style. Breakfast even for France just basic. No big light in the room, just the small lamps at the bed.

Will be back!

Easy to get to anywhere, close to train station and main attractions, room had a view of Bastille. Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and shopping areas. Big and confortable bed. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety, staff was also very quick in cleaning up and ensuring turnover at breakfast hours. Pet-friendly too :)

Desk and chair set up. Since it's more of a business hotel, the working stations could be a bit more comfortable. But Wifi was superb.

Close to the train station. Rooms were available. Request for invoice by email was treated efficently.

I had never slept with on inflatable air cushions before. Staff was polite and willing to help but honestly not hospitality profesionnals.

Was a bit noisy (tram, music from the nearby club), could be better in rooms which are not oriented towards the street. The room was also a bit dusty.

Good for short stay

Location is really great, very close to the main train station, and also close to the city centre. Stuff was really kind and helpful, especially Toufik. The breakfast was buffet and you have a fresh orange juice and a various types of coffee with it.

We got only one big towel and one small towel, but we were two persons in the room. Also, there was just one chair in the room. The room was extremely small, but it was okay for short stay. For the breakfast, there was no meat in any shape. Wi-Fi wasn't working most of the time, I couldn't even connect to it. There is no possibility to leave luggage there because of COVID-19, but they allowed us to check in bit earlier.
