Beautiful location, excellent views, clean and spacious rooms. Most of the staff are ok.
If you wanna be in the area it's a good location. But there are few connections and multiple changes to reach other cities. If you miss a bus or misjudge your stop taxis are super expensive. Just plan accordingly.

Location and view was top. Nice small harbour with good restaurants.
It was quite noisy, tin walls. Why you have to pay extra for an egg in the morning.

property was actually nice but the people working in the building ruined our stay. AC didn’t work and they didn’t even try to fix the issue. instead they kept telling me to close the doors and wait. Hope the owner is reading this: REPLACE your staff and the hotel can be saved.
staff was horribly rude. breakfast was quite bad. the people working there were bothered by my presence because I had two little girls and did not try to help out at breakfast. they wanted me to drink garbage coffee made by a crappy machine instead of making one. they were making coffee for their fav customers but not for me. staff ruined the stay. no customer care. nobody bothered to even check the AC unit. no AC! false advertisement.

Man at desk spoke English very well and would talk to us , the woman did not ever look at us I don't think. Most clients seemed to be from Germany, all fairly friendly. Pool and pool deck were very nice, and very nice loungers. Big buffet breakfast which was very nice. Some units had a fantastic view of the sea, port and marina lobra. These units were facing the road.I think they also own a hotel just down the hill towards the beach. At that time it seemed like a gay convention or group was in that hotel, so whatever your orientation, this place has might have something for you.
Unless you have a car it's a bit difficult. ( assuming you want to go to Sorrento) We walked to and from massa lubrense a few times after learning we missed the last connection to the hotel from massa lubrense ( which is the nearest town), about 50 minutes walk, 1/2 the route with no light, and phone GPS killed the battery. Luckily had a sim with data and we had walked it in the day after we missed the hourly bus.
The bath towels were definitely clean, but they were a material that I would say is a tea towel, but larger. Also if you had your bath towel out on the pool deck, the maids would not give you a clean one.
Kids might not go in the pool as it was very refreshing. It was very hot out so it was great for us. As we like a soft bed, this was not really the place for us after pounding the pavement for 10 or 12 miles
Knees and hips hurt in the morning. I did put the comforter under the.bottom sheet the next night and I think it was a little better. The beach is a walk down the hill and it did not seem like a beach that I think of. Gravelly area
or on a concrete jetty sort of thing.

Super view from the bed, normal breakfast, nice place to stay!
Ants were in the first room and no fridge and Wifi!

The location is very very hard to reach, if you go by bus you have to walk litterally 20-30 mins on a creepy road, there’s also no other way to reach restaurants except for the creepy road. The rooms were just kind of clean and the furniture is really old, the air conditioning is non-existent even if specified in the room facilities.
There’s simply no reason for this hotel to have this price per room.

The location was fantastic. The drive there was stunning. The room was a great size. Bar was well stocked and the staff were very helpful. The parking was excellent.
The Pool could have been cleaner. The hotel needs a bit of updating. The fridge had been removed. The breakfast was rather sparse.

The location. Gorgeous restaurants 5 mins walk away. It was lovely to get out of busy Sorrento town for a night.
At the pool, people were smoking beside us as we were lying out. I don't smoke and did not like that it wasn't a smoke free area.

Comfortable and clean room. Amazing view on the sea and trees.
Tasty breakfast. Tasty dinner.
Helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant.
Quiet, safe area.
There are no sandy beaches around the hotel. One is 5km away and it is very difficult to get there walking.
The beaches have rocks, you can take specific shoes for this purpose with you.
The rocks are slippery and I hurt myself while getting out of the sea.
The cost of getting there from Sorrento by taxi is 50 EUR.
Driving can be challenging if you don't have experience of driving in the mountains as the area is mountainous.
The hotel is in a small town, not suitable if you want to be in a city.
The cost of the taxi to the airport is 150 EUR for 2 persons.

The hotel was very clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly. Nice selection for breakfast, with the perk of a beautiful view. There are a few places to eat nearby or a quick 15/20 minute walk to the little center of town will do. We really enjoyed our stay.
The bed was extremely hard but having stayed in other places in Italy, this seems to be the norm.

The room had a sea view although there was nothing said in the description.
The breakfast is not the best I've ever tried. The coffee is not that tasty although it's Italy :)

AMAZING OCEAN VIEW, good breakfast, good size room, walking distance from fantastic restaurants, town, shops, marina. Quiet. Very polite staff. Charming family feel.
The building is a bit dated, wi-fi did not work in our room (only in the lobby) and the shower was cold. We would still return just for the view and staff.

Incredible view, nice cool AC. Restaurants in the marina were excellent and found a nice bar for Aperitivo before dinner.
Lift operation was intermittent and failed when we needed to leave with luggage. The breakfast was limited but OK. Hotel could do with an update, but facilities very clean. Parking was unusual as we had to give our keys to an attendant who did not wear a mask to move to another car park. Our keys were then stored in a tub with many other keys and not labelled (which led to some confusion on departure as we had a fiat! much like most of the other guests there). Shower/bath water pressure was very poor. Had nice looking shower with body jets, but barely worked due to low pressure (seems to be consistent in this area of Italy).

Fantastic location lovely port village for local experience. Bus connection just outside to Sorrento. Clean pool, fantastic reception staff.
Rooms quite small, pool shutdown for siesta.
