Przepiękny widok na morze z tarasu, o każdej porze dnia od porannego śniadania do lampkę wina wieczorem. Domek posiada piękny ogród cytrynowy i właściciel dał nam ich spróbować, petarda!

One of the best accomodations we have ever stayed in! Such an lovely apartment with an incredible view. The apartment has everything you could need and Mariella has decorated the apartment beautifully. The service Mariella and Theea provided was amazing - picking up our bags from Sorrento station prior to check in so we didn’t have to carry them around while we waited to check in. We cannot wait to come back here and stay at this slice of paradise!

The Lookout of Pipiano was our favourite accommodation during our month in Italy. Mariella is a wonderful host and has gone above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. The view is beyond stunning. We felt so relaxed and comfortable. Only a short walk down hill to the water front and several good restaurants. Coming back is all up hill but good exercise (only about 10 mins). Walking into the centre of Massa Lubrence isn’t far but all up hill (maybe 20 mins). There’s a little path you can take behind the accommodation to avoid walking on most of the road. There’s a bus stop outside the accommodation and a timetable provided also. Mariella organised an English speaking lady for us who was extremely helpful with anything we needed to know. Our only regret is we didn’t have a few more days.

We loved everything about this apartment! The view is incredible!
The apartment manager, Theea, met us at the bus station and drove us to the apartment. It was so nice of her to do that for us. She made the stay better for us. She answered every question I had and never once showed any impatience. :)
The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the sea. It was gorgeous! The apartment is large compared to others we stayed in during our vacation. There was a washing machine and WIFI worked well.
I don't know what to say other than this is an incredible apartment in Massa Lubrense. We were happy not to stay in Sorrento proper as it was horribly crowded and our apartment had the better views and relaxing atmosphere.
I have a couple of things to mention and I hope they help. Taking the bus - catching the bus to Massa from Sorrento is easy. It is right across the street from the train station and costs less than $2 per person (you can buy your ticket on the bus - don't forget to validate in the machine on the bus). The bus lets you out in the small town, Massa Lubrense, which is only 5 miles from Sorrento. This is the same location to catch the bus back to Sorrento.
To get from Massa downtown to the apartment - as you are walking, you will see stairs. It really is interesting that stairs, and what we called alleys, were put in years ago that takes you from one level to another (apt. to Massa is uphill). It only took us 10 minutes to walk from the apartment to Massa downtown area. But when you walk the street with the switchbacks, it would take you much longer. For instance, the apartment to Massa- when you leave the apartment, turn right in the alley and follow, don't go to the street. You will have fun discovering the little hidden places.
If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again. This is a great apartment! Thank you, Theea! We appreciate all you did for us!

The host left us fruit and wine upon our arrival. Very neat and clean.
It would have been helpful to have instructions to operate the television and heating/air conditioning unit. The unit to make hot water needs to be replaced. Large Calcium deposits were in our water when poured.

Beautiful apartment and view and the host and her friend were very helpful and accommodating. Massa lubrense is a lovely quaint little village
The transport situation at night especially if you miss the last bus back to Massa Lubrense taxis can be hard to come by and expensive.

My best stay ever! You could see Vesuvius, Capri and Ischia from the terrace and blue sea in the front! The pictures are real! Wonderful apartment with a balcony and a terrace! The hostess was so kind and amazing! Theea, the friend of the hostess picked us up from the Sorrento station and checked us in at the property! Really nice people! All hearts for this property! I will back again soon!

Absolutely great view! Friendly staff, great apartment has everything you need! It was the 2nd time we stayed there and will do it again! Walking distance down to the town, has little shops nearby and driving distance to attractions.

It's got a stunning view from the balcony. Lovely location in Massa Lubrense which a quiet yet busy town. The flat is well equipped and the Aircon was really needed in the heat. Gennaro is a helpful source of information.
The bathroom needs some attention. The toilet needs to be fixed. There is no toilet roll holder. Also the shower is not great and the temperature is intermittent. It is a tricky place to get to and parking can be hard to get.

One of the best places i have aver been to. This apartment has absolutely everything you need: plenty of space, a huge terrace with a magnificent view, even flashlights (as some narrow alleys in the village have no street lights). It's not easy to get to Massa Lubrense but its worth it. Much smaller and less crowded than Amalfi or Sorrento, with a lot of beautiful areas for trekking, beaches and small bays too. Be sure to go Belvedere dell' Annunziata and make a trip to Punta Campanella.
