Perfect apartment with access to hotel pool tennis court and restaurants

Perfect location with use of hotel facilities including pool with lake view. Very clean apartment, basic but practical and spotless.

incredible, great value

amazing value apartments behind the grand villa serbelloni. you can use all of the facilities so it was incredible. we loved the pool and the piano lounge - a very special place

the drinks and food were very expensive. 23 euros for an Aperol - but that’s just the price of a 5* hotel.

good value- good location

these apartments behind a five star hotel are quite the find. I loved the room and space of the apartment rather than a small hotel room. they are rather basic, but very clean.

some people may not like that you have to walk up a hill to get to the location. the hotel staff will not bring your luggage up to the apartment. so pack light if you stay here or be ready to get a workout.

the bed was cold without a duvet, just a thin blanket. the mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, with a single thin pillow per person. we woke up both with back pain.

Loved it all.

Love this place! Our apartment had the most beautiful view. Great value -- superb location, access to the hotel amenities and grounds was awesome. Apartment had everything you need to be comfortable.

Amazing location and facilities but could do with better orientation by staff.

Fantastic location and view. And amazing value as you get to use facilities of Villa Serbelloni.

I arrived at 11.30pm and was left to find the property and drag my cases around to try to find the room in pitch black darkness. Impossible.

That you have to walk quite far up a hill and then up 2 floors with suitcases and no one from hotel side will help you! also they turned of air conditioning because some other guests said they were cold. unacceptable

Comfortable weekend stay in an amazing location

The location was incredible, a short walk from the centre of Bellagio. The residence includes parking, which is extremely handy given how difficult it can be to park in Bellagio during the summer. Value for money was fantastic given the location, the size of the room and the season. Would highly recommend.

For the price we paid, the accommodation exceeded expectations. If you are after luxury, this is not the right place for you and staying at the Grand Hotel would make you happier.

It is very nice hotel, if we come to Bellagio in the future, will definitely stay here again.

It is located in the center of the town, with reserved parking for guests which is a huge plus. The room is very spacious and clean, with a view of the lake which we were not expecting.

There was nothing to complain.

Special FOUL BATHROOM ODOR 💨

The location and being able to use the pool the is lake side! AWESOME 😎

The room smelled FOUL upon arrival - a special bathroom sort of smell. We had to open all the doors and windows to air the place out - it was THAT BAD. Upon further investigation it was sewer gas coming out of the bathroom floor drain. We covered the drain and kept the bathroom door shut and the door to the patio open. the place would have been very good if not for this factor. after leaving the doors opened we requested some bug spray - as we were afraid of mosquitoes. We reported the issue - there was no comment or apology - just a request to make sure we brought the bug spray back to the front desk! We will leave it in the room. We suspect the hotel understand this issue - the FOUL vapors entering the room from the bathroom drain. We wont come back here.

This property was fantastic! It gave us access to the main hotel facilities such as the pool and breakfasts while giving us the freedom to go and do our own thing and have the car parked safely. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay in Bellagio for the price! The staff were very accommodating and gave us great tips on how to get around the lake to maximise our time!
