Good location , day reception staff were good, pool staff rude , didn’t get my room cleaned for 2 days

Liked that it had a pool and was in town location was great

I stayed 3 nights and they only cleaned my room 1 of those days . I didn’t see a sign to not bring food to the pool area and when I brought my sandwich I was scolded to put it away and eat it in my room. Literally no manners speaking to a guest , or saying it in a way not to offend me. He was annoyed. There is a way to speak to a guest - I’m sorry madam but you can’t bring outside food in the pool area I hope you understand … something like that . But he marched over with his annoyed face and reprimanded me. I didn’t go back to the pool again.

it was a nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. the maps provided were poor

we loved the pool and the location

the breakfast was average. there was not enough room in the bathroom for toiletries making it uncomfortable

Fantastic hotel - will be back

The hotel is gorgeous. We had 7 nights in Capri and wanted accommodation that was central, had a pool for when the beaches get too packed and was relaxing. This hotel ticked all the boxes - the staff are sensational and so welcoming! They organised a boat day for us and the boat was beautiful. They were so responsive and helpful with offering tips about the island in the lead up to our visit. The room was great and very comfortable, the foyer is just beautiful and overall our stay was very relaxing and calm, and the pool was delightful. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The only downside would be the shower which would leak out into the bathroom floor but really not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things.

Not worth the price it feels like a 2 star.

Location was nice

Night staff was rude and disrespectful raising their voices to the guests. The rooms were so expensive (about €500 a night) for a very basic and uncomfortable room. The bed was lacking a duvet cover, there was one pillow, the floor was dirty, the vibe was very depressing and ugly.

Location and breakfast and pool were beautiful. Rooms were clean and well appointed and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. A hotel with old world charm. Would stay there again.

Excellent and friendly staff, charming and quaint Villa, located close to shops and dining.

Nice, clean rooms that remained cool throughout the hot days and nights. Wish the pool stayed open after 6:30pm

The price seemed high for the quality (breakfast was basic, bathroom toiletries were minimal)
