Comfortable

Lovely pool area and bbq .had a balcony with umbrella to sit outside.

The bed was old and soft had a back ache each morning.Also dirt and dust under beds with packets .when removing dirtbag bin had never been cleaned .

Friendly property managers, lovely and well-equipped, modern apartment and close to the beach, cafes

The apartments are very centrally located - a quick 5 minute walk from many options for restaurants, shops and the supermarket. Also walking dinstance from the Convention Centre and 1 tramstop from the beautiful Pacific Fair shopping Mall.

The Wifi did not extend to reach the apartment and only wifi reception was outside on the balcony.

Comfortable, well managed and close to everything.

Location is superb. Staff friendly. Place very well run and managed

Some of the facilities were a bit dated but this is reflected in the excellent value of the place and didn’t bother us

Relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodation had everything we needed.

it was good value for money. great location to shops and beach.

WiFi was unusable.

Very enjoyable and comfortable. We chose to stay for a second time.

Although the apartments are older, they are very clean and well kept. We were in easy walking distance to shops ,restaurants and trams. All round a very good experience.

No elevator, so if stairs are a problem for you, make sure you book a ground floor apartment. We didn't mind the exercise.

We were walking distance from Broadbeach Which made it easier on the kids walking into town Facilities were clean and well presented

Beds and pillows are in need of a makeover Exhaust fan in the bathrooms would work a great aswell , but that’s me getting a bit picky

Convenient location near the beach and restaurant hub, but the apartment could do with a makeover.

The apartment was fine for our 4-day stay but don't expect luxury as it could definitely do with a freshen up - especially the bathrooms which are very old. The location is good - being a short walk to the restaurant hub and supermarket.

The WiFi is nonexistent and even the data capability is poor so we couldn't even hotspot from our phones to laptops. That's fine if you have the luxury of shutting down completely, but for those of us who run our own businesses, it's a massive problem. There is a 24-hour McDonalds behind the apartment, which was fine for my husband and I staying in the master bedroom but kept our friend in the 2nd bedroom awake at night as that bedroom has a window backing onto Maccers. The walls are also paper thin so again for the 2nd bedroom which backs on to the next-door apartment, it was a problem for our friend as our neighbors were talking late into the night. If you're staying for more than 1 night, bring/buy toilet paper and soap as we were only provided a tiny bar of soap and half a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and were told to purchase for $1/roll if we wanted more.

the unit had great space had everything we needed pool area was great parking was great location was excellent very close to great food and shops

main bed mattress was very soft
