Rossella was so friendly and welcoming! Super helpful with anything we needed! Was an amazing location only a 5 minute walk to the beach! We always came home to a super clean room which smelt fresh and was nice and cool! All round great place to stay and great value for money.

A friendly welcome with useful information was a great start.
The room was a twin as requested, was clean and well presented.
Breakfast was a buffet of varied selection with a bonus offer of omelette and another egg dish I can't remember, so there is something for everyone.
Would I come again? Absolutely.
Everything was in order. My only quibble was the small amount of leg space between the toilet and the shower cubicle in the ensuite bathroom. I'm tall so need a bit of space.

The best b&b I've stayed in Italy. No contest. Staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly and best of all explained everything well. Room was spotless and amenities excellent. Breakfast was great (extra but very reasonable and well worth it- nothing elses close). Highly recommend this place as central to everything and better prices than Sorrento. Very close to train to everywhere too. Also Ristorante Moonlight just up the road is fabulous!
It's not a biggie but I had done my knee a couple of weeks earlier and for only this reason, the distance to the train and SantAgnello town was tough. If not for injury it would not have been a problem. :)

The villa is close to the city center, very clean and the hostess is very kind, there is a small kitchen for all the rooms
the room is a bit small and so far don't know why I need to pay 5 € on the parking (it belong to the Vila building)

Personnel were extremely kind and courteous. I went with my couple there with the idea to relax and enjoy the beauty of Amalfi Coast, everything was as planned. This is a really good place to stay with affordable price, nice view, clean and good attention. It is about 15 blocks from the center, but worth to be around in Sorrento and explore the neighborhood a little bit. Important: We don’t speak Italian, and we could communicate in English very well.
Honestly, everything was good 👍

Convenient location for train station to visit Pompeii.
Located on a quiet characterful street.
A good breakfast.
Rossella and her sister in law were very friendly and helpful.
As we didn't have a balcony in our room it was good to have access to the pleasant roof terrace with a view of Vesuvius.
The bar at La Marrinella,a 5 minute walk away by the sea and cliffs was a good place to watch the sunset .
We would stay again if visiting the area.
We liked the location in Santa Agnello but it is a good 20 plus minutes to walk into Sorrento and then further again to the port.We were aware of that when we booked though and liked the quieter location.

A well functioning, spacious bedroom and bath. Good size balcony with patio set, good view. This was a bit of an old fashioned room but everything worked as it should and in exactly the right place. Has a large wardrobe and good size bedside table either side with wall lamps so not taking up space. Device plug ins also on each side of the bed. Decent and inexpensive continental breakfast options from 8-10 am.
Nothing I didn’t particularly not liked but it was a little further from downtown Sorrento than I expected. However, the exercise did is no harm!

we loved everything. staff couldn’t be any more friendlier and so helpful!
not having anywhere to store our luggage on the last day. Our flight was at 10pm at night, so we had to walk round all day with our cases. not ideal!

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, giving all information which we needed about the area. Breakfast was simple but good, and had plenty for everyone. The location is nice, being a 20 minute walk to the center of Sorrento, and a 5 minute walk to the coastal area. The train station is only a 4 minute walk away.
We liked everything

The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. On day of arrival they explained all tourist attractions and how to get there, gave advice for the best restaurants in town etc... Even for the smallest issue or question they gave there full devotion to do their best to help you out.

Location was good not far from sorrento town and beach
The lack of changing the towels
Breakfast was the same every day
The views from the balcony was undesirable and the hotel was villa susy not maison so couldn't find it and landed up phoning twice.

Maison Susy was wonderful! Both Rosella and Susy were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great too!
Everything was fantastic!

Close to the cliffs and beach access. Breakfast was good and more than affordably included.
Not clear check-in instructions and slow responses via booking messaging. Cannot sit on toilet without knees pressed up against the shower. Could not close window properly which made using the AC pointless.

Clean, comfortable and a great location. Rosella went out of her way to help us book an early airport transfer too. Very grateful!

Very friendly host; nice location (considering, that you pay less, than in Sorrento); amazing breakfast! Parking was very spacious and easy to navigate
Unfortunately, these rooms are in block building with other private apartment owners. So you live next to locals in their apts. And our neighbours were smoking a lot and cigarette smell was penetrating everywhere. If you chose room with a balcony, you'll probably won't have the problem

Lovely room, great location for exploring the locality and Sorrento too. Great base for trips along the coast (close to Circumvesuvio station for trips to Pompeii etc)

Susy and daughters were SO NICE, they were So helpful! They even let me barrow a converter plug. Breakfast WONDERFUL for 4 Euros. Great value and had a wonderful stay, It felt like family. Also we like the pace of St Agnello, and the value , yet all other attractions were a short train ride or excursion away! So you get to see it all but are NOT constantly in a crowd :)

The rate quality / price was one of best ones at Sorrento and you have a parking spot as a plus, because parking is definetily too expensive in Amalfitan Coast. The bedroom was simple but confortable and clean. You have all the amenities that you can possible need, including a little kitchen and a balcony to extend your clothes. You should be prepared to spend considerably more than in Napoli or Salerno, for example.
The hotel is located a little bit far from the main attractions (about 25 minutes walking). There is absolutely nothing interesting to do or to eat in the immediations.

Great balcony with amazing views!
Large bathroom and wardrobe :)
Excellent friendly staff. Very helpful in booking travel arrangements and restaurant recommendations.
The beds were a little bit hard, but that is a matter of taste!
