The staff was so friendly and helpful
Couldnt find the property

Property was nice, could do with a little bit of modernising but was ok for the money we paid.
It was a little far out from the main square but once we found it, was ok to get to. Think the room had good potential, but needs modernising.

The room was great! Breakfast was good and the staff was amazing. The pool was wonderful and the view spectacular.
We were locked in the first night because they forgot to program our FOB to get out of the compound. We had to eat beef jerky for dinner our first night here 😄. Luckily they also had a mini bar in the room! Make sure you can leave when they check you in. They fixed it in the morning, and we had zero issues afterwards.

Clean room with a big bathroom and shower, walkable to bus stop and local amenities within Sant’Agnello. Sorrento and other towns are very accessible.
Hotel location is not advertised on road, a clear map location is needed prior to arrival. Poor air conditioning and the breakfast was disappointing considering the price. The room was smaller than advertised, poor and slow check in procedure (stood for 10mins waiting to get into hotel, tried ringing phone twice and no answer). Not advertised that the hotel is not staffed 24/7 or explanation for work men at the bottom of the hotel, was this an allotment or a work-site? Room needed a refresh, headboard was ripped and peeling, walls needed painting, better duvet cover required as the sheet kept coming off. Although this seems like a long list we enjoyed the stay and believe the aforementioned points can be easily rectified.

The property was clean and inviting
The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when things weren’t great in our first room!
Breakfast was good and the made to order drinks were an added bonus!
The AC didn’t work in the first room, but then we were moved to one that had working AC. My only complaint is that the AC would shut off every few hours, and we would have to wake up a couple times a night to turn it back on because the room would get too hot.
The pool looked a little dirty as well which deterred me from wanting to use it.

Loved it all!

Very clean and the staff were so friendly
It was a good location however taxis are so expensive that it cost a lot to get in and out of main sorrento

15 minute walk from metro station and bus stop. Very modern, clean room. Property is beautiful, including a garden and pool, which sadly we didn't have time to use. Continental breakfast served by the pool every morning. Room cleaned, towels replenished and bed made everyday. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and we communicated often over Whatsapp prior to and during our visit where she answered many questions promptly. My only slight complaint is that breakfast was not punctual in the morning and being that we needed an early start to our days, one day we only had a 5 minute breakfast and on the last day we had to skip it entirely. Otherwise the staff was very nice and helpful. We would look forward to stay at this property again if we ever visit the area.

Breakfast was great. Location is really good. Saint Agnello is not too busy but close to everything. Service was great. Grounds make you feel like you are in a private oasis.

Very good room, with sunbathing terrace and good breakfast
Staff was so friendly and even told us we forgot something in the room so we couldn't return to pick it up, great value
It's a bit far from Sorrento but it's overall good value

The property was very clean and spacious.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Georgia in particular was very attentive and efficient. Grazie, grazie and grazie Georgia!
The gardens are very pretty with peach and lemon trees and various flowers dotted around.
The view of the sea from our balcony was superb!
The property would benefit from a swimming pool and a bar although there are many restaurants and pools you can can pay to be use nearby.

It was very comfortable and safe; I felt at ease as a young woman travelling with another young woman. The property was gorgeous with a lovely view and everything was cute inside as well. Breakfast was great and the staff were extraordinary, going above and beyond to help us.
The location was good but not great. However, I don’t think it’s a dealbreaker. We did a day trip to Capri and one to Pompei with no issue, the train to Sorrento is nice (one stop).

Silence, cleanliness.

The room was nice.
The staff was very rude. They told us we can't park on the street and have to pay for parking 15 euro for the night, but we actually found out parking on the street is ok.
There were no hot water in the shower. It is a bit far from Sorrento.

doesn’t feel professional enough, more like a residential converted place

Extremely friendly hotel owner. New and clean.
A little isolated and not really convenient. After paying the cabby for thru and flo to Sorrento town itself. Is as good as getting a room there.

Good value for money: you won't find much at these rates offering clean, comfortable and newly furnished rooms. Service very helpful and friendly. Within 10 minutes walking distance many restaurant and breakfast/coffee options. Short drive to Sorrento town.
Nothing in particular. You're getting an excellent deal. For sure the doors/walls are thin, the access road appears narrow (but easy to pass even with a big car) and parking costs E.15 extra.
