Our family stayed at Villa de Pico for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. The breathtaking views from our room were unforgettable. The room was well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring local attractions without any noise disturbances. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff—friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
8.0
The dramatic and spectacular view from the cove.
The staff is very welcoming and nice.
The bundle of hanging wires between the villas is an eyesore.
The same choices daily for the free breakfast.

A view from villa, quiet atmosphere, billiard table.
Location is far from everything and road at night is very dark. Room is very small, not very convenient, terrace has no table.

nice Hill view scenery
tiring uphill walk from the entrance to the reception, and up and down steps to the room.
bathroom was so dis functional, shower was broken and the loo flush was also broken 😬😟

Great place, clean, maintained, quiet with awesome staff.

Friendliness of staff, manager was always helpful. Very empty when I stayed so nice and quiet. It's on a cliff top so great views across the bay out to sea.
A lot of steps if carrying heavy luggage. TV had European plug and too close to the wall to use adaptor.

overlooking, fresh air and nice surroundings with lot of trees and beautiful gumamela flowers.
for me the location it's a little bit far from white beach

The ambiance was excellent and the beach front view are relaxing.
the woods is ready to deteriorate as it seems needs special care or treatment.

The place is great! With a beautiful view and super nice host! Location is very good, not so far from the town and from the sabang beach which is awesome. In villa the Pico you can eat many delicious meals and enjoy billiard. Calm place with great atmosphere! Definitely recommended!

The view was amazing and with a constant breeze was most welcome.
Alot of steps!!

We upgraded to one of the newer rooms as the one we had chosen (a standard queen) was too small and dark. We loved the view and it was quiet with lots of light. Good food, both breakfast and dinners that we ate there. Nice to have a pool…The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
Not much…small things we had to ask for…a kettle, cups, a bedside table. But, no problem…the staff was there to please.
7.0
The view.
Very obliging staff.
Is very clean.
Quiet.
Breakfast pancake .🤪
No air con. Unacceptable.
No shower curtain.
Limited food selection.
Curtains not wide enough for the windows. Weird!
No complimentary water or toiletries.
Steep steps are a challenge.

Great view from my balcony room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They serve good food at fair price . Quiet place if we except....a little barking dog!!! Juliette is always doing her best to provide you what you need or looking for. Bernie is a very helpful guy too. A pool table is a good asset. Comfy bed. Good lighting in the bathroom.
Shower without curtain or glass....water splashs on the floor. Shower is a bit tricky....playing cold and hot constantly, very unpleasant. You have to turn it off....soap yourself and turn it on to rinse you!!! Also, no shampoo provided, only soap. The little private beach is really dirty....full of rubbish. To get a nice beach around, you have to go to White beach which is about 9 kms from there...20-25 minutes by tricycle.

the views, the private beach
The pool was dirty, we found cockroaches, the pool shower did not work, the bathroom in the room had no mirror. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, We asked for water to drink at breakfast and they charged us separately, I can understand that they charge me and my wife, because we drink coffee, but the children who did not drink anything

Too far from clean beaches, cold water with no water pressure, dirty bathroom, was expecting free bfst they handed a menu and we ordered off it only to be told next day that that wasn't what was free the free bfst wasn't on the menu or explained, food quality was poor and overpriced, beach was depressing as there was a lot of garbage and a funky smell; at checkout they couldn't accept credit card and wanted to be paid in full with cash without giving a reciept.wish we had booked only 1 night as there were Many better options available elsewhere.

The view, staff and location.
I love the peaceful scenery and accomodating staff.
Though it's a little far from the action, it's all fine, because they can offer you a motorbike for a small fee.
I couldn't think of any

- Super accommodating staff
- Nice View and fresh air
- Rooms are Neat and clean, especially though its so near to sea and surround by trees, we did not see a single insect. It proves the cleaning they maintain is beyond our expectation.
- Room rate and food prices are reasonable.
- Family room including kitchen was exactly as per my requirement since my family is vegetarian.
- There is no complimentary tooth brush/tooth paste etc, so I am writing this one that fellow travelers can make own arrangements.
- Fellow Travelers should be aware that beach connected to this one is rocky, so set your expectations before booking. However we preferred visiting white beach which is few Kilometres (15-20 Min Tricycle ride) away. And Enjoyed the hotel view during morning and evening time.

Staff were really very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Nice view.
Great ventilation.
Good food.
Great concept and ambiance.
Great wifi.
My room's toilet did not have bidet; shower head mount was broken; water heater was inconsistent (sometimes too hot); bathroom was not totally clean when I got there; cable was inconsistent (runs out of signal and channel at times); incomplete toiletries provided;
Swimming pool was not totally clean;

Staff and the location was great
Free Breakfast. Only got 2 options.
6.0
Breakfast was simple , unimaginative, reductant and perfunctory
I hadn't realized the resort had just recently reopened ( post -COVID 19) and while I was there alot of improvements occurred -atoll the staff attempted to make my stay pleasant and accommodating. The property actually is quite nice particularly if you like a quiet
room , pleasant cool wind and abundant exercise walking up the steep steps to your room.
