The landlady was welcoming and efficient and gave us clear instructions on how best to get into the city (by bus) and where to eat for breakfast - The Hub a few minutes walk away. We knew that breakfast wasn't provided at the guesthouse so we expected to have to go out, so it wasn't a problem The coffee and food at The Hub were excellent, probably better than you'd get in a regular B&B.
The room was very comfortable and clean, we liked the quirky decoration.
We felt mislead by the advertising in that the website said 'it offers a cosy pub' but the pub was closed both nights of our stay (Friday and Saturday). As the guesthouse is in a residential area, with few amenities around, we were looking forward to being able to relax in the bar when we got back from spending time in the city, but ended up just having to sit in our room.
We didn't really like the residential location. The guesthouse looks out over a modern housing estate.

Amazing host, very kind and welcoming, room and facilities were lovely.

Beautifully designed, very comfortable

The Forestor & Flower is a quirky little gem located in a quiet suburb of Bath only 10mins from city centre. Buses across the road every 20mins to avoid central traffic & parking issues. Comfortable quiet room. We had external private bathroom which was well appointed. Very friendly helpful host. There's a bar on the premises but only open Fridays. Plenty of parking nearby. Good breakfast at "the Hub" 2 mins down the road.
Being bed only ,there is a very limited number of eating options nearby. However a 10min bus trip into the city to many restaurants/cafes etc. Parking in the Bath city centre can be problematic. The bus is a stress free option.

As everyone else the little touches of the mini wine bottle, coffees biscuits and chocolates
The quirkiness is amazing and one of the reasons we booked it
Louise - lovely she is amazing
There are no faults we found, for us a small difficultly the room was super bright early in the morning and our neighbours were a little loud in the corridor which woke us but this is not a fault of the hotel or Louise at all

Nice host and clean, comfortable space. The bus stop is right outside to get into town, which is about 15mins away
Not much in the area apart from a spot to get breakfast/coffee just down the road

This is our second visit here and love it ,Louise'is always so welcoming and makes our stay such a lovely treat . She has recently decorated , it looks quirky and stunning!!, the beds are so comfy and bed linen beautiful and clean it's also very quite .... It's so easy to get the bus into town !! We have stayed at other B&B's in Bath only because she gets so busy but this is our favourite by far 👍💓 Louise always helps you with places to visit and best way to travel , she really goes that extra mile 😊

Louise provided us with a warm welcome & had taken the effort to have the bus timetable ready as well as recommendations for breakfast at the Hub. Town is a 2 mile walk from here but iver the road the fish n chips is bangin!!!
The stay wasn’t long enough 🤣

great location, quick, easy bus trip to city centre, good restaurants nearby
the bathroom was quite large & had a beautiful tub, but didn’t have a shower

Wonderfully quirky place to stay. Landlady very friendly and informative about what to do in Bath and how to get there (handy bus stops over the road).Bed really comfortable and lovely little extras like cakes/biscuits as well as tea/coffee making in room.
All very good, no complaints. Don’t expect a pub - Forester and Flower underneath is a bar and shuts at 10pm - not a complaint, no noise at all in room.

Very warm welcome from the second we got there the lady gave us a bath tour guide and printed out bus routes for us. The room had chocolate, biscuits, coffee hot chocolate and wine for us too. Felt like home and the room was beautiful

A very comfortable bed and a lovely welcome 🤗

Hostess was very welcoming and friendly; room Very colourful; enough tea/coffee etc to last the visit - something often neglected; proximity of public transport
Bed comfortable, but mattress very soft - too soft. Sorry about pub that was closed due to maintenance, was looking forward to enjoy the atmosphere there
4.4
most uncomfortable beds ever, odd smell in room, odd to have a bar with beer taps and no draft beer, very small selection of spirits and quite surprising to have no food of any sort at all. also the smallest bedrooms I have ever been. in. other than that fine!

spotless clean lovely owner and staff couldn’t fault any of it. The bus stop is right outside the property and the lovely lady owner had all the bus times there and back to get into Bath. definitely stay here again faultless.
nothing what so ever

No breakfast

Lovely vintage style place. The room is cosy, clean and comfortable. The lady who is in charge of the place is very helpful and friendly. At reception she offered me a city map and bus timetable which I found very helpful. I would love to stay at this place again.
The location is far from the city centre, which is not within walking distance. However, it is easily accessible via bus service, with a nearby bus stop and a journey that takes 10-15 mins roughly.

Lovely welcome and loved how quirky it all was!!!

Great location, super comfortable bed, lovely accommodation, friendly and helpful host

No breakfast but very comfortable and the staff were lovely, very friendly although no option of an evening meal we were allowed to fetch a takeaway and eat it in the pub with a drink ,good location for bath
Nothing really ,although when we booked we thought we would have a breakfast, but on looking on the site ,it was our fault for the misunderstanding

Very Friendly , personalised service and very quirky

This pub had very quirky decoration, both in the rooms and in the bar. My room had a 4-poster bed, without the drapes. The landlady was very friendly and informative and she ordered a taxi for me to go into Bath. Although the pub did not provide any food, guests were allowed to bring in food to be eaten in the bar with plates and cutlery provided. There is an excellent seafood shop opposite.
The bathroom included a noisy self-composting toilet which flushed by itself during the night waking me up. I was told these toilets were to be replaced soon.

Lovely B&B where everything was perfect.

The amenities were good and Louise was lovely and personable
Only thing was a bit too far from the City Centre
