Excellent location for the highlights of Pylos

Location, space . Close to the castle - right opposite in fact - as well as a short walk to the Plaka and seaside. Really well situated

There isn't a daily room cleaning service . Not a dealbreaker but could be better if there were a daily service.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice staff.

To describe it as a sea view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the sea, between gaps in the buildings but not really a 'view'. Next door room was probably better view.

Excellent location for the castle and town.

Location was a 2 minute walk from the castle and 5 from the harbour. Good size room with balcony and a sea view. Host was extremely helpful as unknowingly we had arrived in time for the celebrations around the Battle of Navarino which happens every 4 years.

An excellent place to stay.

The bed was big and comfortable. The room and facilities were clean and spacious. The owner Panagiotis was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He always seemed pleased to see us. An excellent place to stay.

A good value

Very clean and good sized rooms and bed. Host was very accomadating. Could walk easily to water and town. Fully stocked with everything you need.

The bed was a little hard for our liking and I would like a quiter area as there is a lot of traffic which isn't a problem if the doors are closed. Not much of a view.

very good value for the price

rooms are wide, well equipped and confortable. they all have a balcony with sea view which is in shadow at lunch time. We felt welcome. it is well situated, very near the heart of Pylos, in front of the entrance to the kastro (I recommend the visit just before sunset) and 2minutes walk from a place you can have a swim.

Great balcony view and excellent location

Balcony sea view was great, very clean and well-stocked room. Very friendly owner and cleaning staff. Great location, close to the marina. Recommended!

Peaceful base to recharge your batteries and explore the beautiful surroundings

A peaceful, relaxing, studio apartment with lovely views over the Navarino Bay and the town of Pylos from our upstairs balcony. Perfectly located, a few minutes’ stroll from the town centre and right next to the Neokastro Fortress, which is surrounded by greenery. There’s free parking right opposite, a big, comfortable bed and there was water in the fridge and coffee, tea etc left in the room, which was very welcome because we arrived late in the evening. Very obliging proprietors who serviced the apartment on request and were always available to provide information about the surrounding area. So we had the convenience and service of an hotel with the flexibility, peace and value for money of an apartment. We’ll definitely rebook when we return to Pylos… which I hope will be soon as it is a lovely town set in a stunning area!

Not an issue for us but the kitchen could perhaps use a few more teaspoons, small bowls and plates.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel is perfect, 200m from the beach and 300m from the town center. And during hot nights, there is no need to turn on the air conditioner. The staff is very nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Terrace with sea view. I don't usually stay in the same hotels again, but I'll be back here sometime, definitely.

Would recommend!

Nice little apartment with everything you need. The bed was really comfortable and the host very friendly and helpful. You can also borrow parasols for the beach for free. We especially enjoyed the great location in walking distance to everything in Pylos. Parking was easy as well.

Comfortable studio just a short walk from the centre

I found the studio very comfortable to stay in for a few days. The kitchenette had a fridge and some basic cooking facilities. I loved the balcony with its view of the sea and town. Parking was very easy on the road opposite, leading to the castle.

Charming and very helpful proprietor, perfect location for town, castle and parking. Useful kitchenette, well stocked and overall excellent attention to detail.
