Gemütlicher und sauberer Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr gemütliches kleine Apartment, kleines Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Küche getrennt vom Schlafzimmer, räumliches Badezimmer. Keine Kochecke, nur Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher, was auf Urlaub sowieso reicht. Funktionierender smart TV vorhanden. Handtücher, Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo waren dabei. Überall sehr sauber. Mit U-Bahn B leicht erreichbar, ungefähr 15 Min von Stadtzentrum entfernt. Kontaktloser Check-in ganz einfach. Falls wir wieder nach Prag fahren, werden wir wieder dort übernachten. Auf jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Určite v budúcnosti ešte využijem.

Bývanie pár metrov od metra. Čo môže byť pre niekoho aj problém, pretože bolo počuť každú prichádzajúcu súpravu, ale v noci bez problémov. Parkovanie hneď pred ubytovaním, pár minút do Billy.

V zime by sa zišla do izby nejaká podložka na boty, pretože keď sa sneh z nich roztopil, urobil mláku. Ale vyriešil to uterák. A zišiel by sa nejaký vešiak na kabáty.

Top location, easy to find.

Great localization, 50 meters from the metro station, 200 meters market and great restaurant, I recommend !

It worths it, 'cause the closeness to the metro stop and the Billa market were just the best thing.

It was really close to the metro stop, literally 30 seconds walk away from the accomodation and so was the Billa market.

The lady didn't speak english, which was a little intimidating. However, we got each other anyway, so I think it wasn't a big of a prolem.

Perfect for us for 3 nights

Apartement was very comfortable, clean, included everything needed. Parking place is next, metro, foodstore and restaurant also. Old town is easy to reach by metro. Host are really nice and communication was easy with them.

This is a very good hotel. Great location- few steps from metro station, free parking spot available, comfortable and spacious room that has everything you need, the owner is also very nice and friendly. We have slept really well in a quiet and dark bedroom and could rest in the evening on the couch, watching tv. We'd love to visit again!

I didn't like a feather pillow and duvet. It is not so hygenic and it's now rare in hotels. Also I'm allergic, so I had to use a towel as a pillow. But I didn't ask for another one, so I don't know if there is available antialergic bedding. If not- please consider that :)

Good value for money. Very good location. Close to town but still quiet apartment.

The accommodation was as in the ad. It was clean and equipped. It's right next to a metro station, so you can reach the city center in 15 minutes. The host was very kind.

The bed could be a double bed because it's not very comfortable for a couple separately, especially since it cannot be pushed together.

the apartment is situated next to metro station from there you reach the center of Prague in 20 minutes. Free parking in front of the building. Everytihing was clean, fresh and the zone is really just perfect when visiting Prague.

maybe the staff stile is not the usually for some people may be seemed as litl rude and no english communication is possible, but still I didnt mind it

A lovely place to stay for a reasonable price!

It's right next to the Metro Station! It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The photos in Booking are old. I was prepared for a worse place but it was 10/10!

You should leave the room by 10:00. It's too early...

Suitable for self drive holiday. Good value for money.

Next 20 meters to underground train station. 10 minutes by train (US$1.5) to reach centre of Prague. 5 minutes walk from super market. quiet place. Free parking in front of property. Strong WIFI. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Good value for money.

Ms Ektarina (lady) does not speak English. She speaks Russian. Credit card payment went thru twice and was reversed promptly. She grew friendly over 3 days with an indifferent welcome. No lift or elevator.

Excellent value for money

Not an exceptionnal place, but pefectly in line with the description and excellent value for money. A bit far from the city center as expected but literally right next to the metro station. Very clean. Very quiet.

No recpetion and the person I met did not speak english. But ok.

Great experience

Everything is as in photos and even better. The host is very kind and polite. Location is perfect. The size of the room is great as are the facilities in it. It is very warm and comfortable.

Great stay!

Nice place, only 15 min to the city center by metro, which is just around the corner. The rooms are well equiped and everything was clean and bright. Will stay there again.

Just wonderful!

Beautiful little apartment. Had toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery. Really comfy bed and bedding. Super handy for public transport. 2 minutes from lovely plaza with outdoor seating, supermarket and great restaurant.

Good experience overall, convinient location.

You get what you pay for. Everything is ok ,the owner is very nice, room was ok, small fridge, small tv ,small kitchen, everything you would need. Big plus the parking in front of the building and the location of the building which is behind the Jinonice metro station. We parked the car there and used the metro .

I didn't like the couch, it was awful , I ended up sitting on the floor the whole time. I also didn't like that the water pressure in the shower was weak but we stayed on the top floor so I imagine it would be better in the lower floors.

Best location, not expensive, very clean room, comfortable bed. Would like to recommend this hotel

One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Perfect location - just near metro station, easy to get to the city center. The room includes a separate bedroom and a rest zone with kitchen. Enough space and you can find everything what is necessary. For us was important that we could leave our car on the hotel parking for free and safe. Price for the room was very low as for Prague.

Cant give any negative remarks, everything was just perfect.

What a pleasant surprise! On Thursday evening we decided to go to Prague next morning (!!!), so we were looking for accommodation just before the weekend during the peak of high season (beginning of August). So as you can expect there wasn't any choice left... Especially with FREE parking!... So I must admit we were quite sceptical about this accommodation and thought that at least it would be extremely noisy due to hotel's location just meters away from metro station, as it just looked to good to be true: nice rooms with mini-kitchen, free parking and extremely good price. However it's all true!:) We booked a double room, but it's not a room - it is a mini-apartment with mini kitchen and separate bedroom!

Some people mentioned noise of traffic and metro in their reviews, so my wife, who is EXTREMELY sensitive to noise, was preparing herself to the worst... :) And - nothing! With windows closed there is NO traffic noise at all and even with open windows it's not that bad. Yes, you can feel a bit of metro vibrations from time to time, but even for my "i-can-hear-it-all!" wife it was ok - so, I believe, 99% of the people will not experience any inconvenience at all:) You should be more concerned about noise coming from the neighbours, cause the sound isolation is not perfect (for example, you can hear bathroom ventilation from other rooms and people walking and talking in the hallway). But we were lucky with the neighbours and had a great night sleep.
