The location and the outside facilities were great.

The shower did not properly work and there was only one outlet behind the bed, very difficult to access. The WiFi did not work in the room on the second day. At the same time the property is under construction and that was not told before the booking.

Hermoso hotel

El hotel es muy lindo, la atención genial también. Está muy bien ubicado a pasos de la laguna 🩷 contratamos una excursión con ellos también y nos divertimos mucho

Lo único que no me gustó es que tengan aves en cautiverio y los ruidos de los otros huéspedes

Do not stay here.

To be honest, nothing at all

I recently stayed at Hosteria Suiza in Huacachina, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were inattentive, unwelcoming, and unfriendly. They barely acknowledged us and seemed disinterested in helping with any of our needs. We were given a room with a leaking shower, which made the bathroom unusable. When we approached the staff about this issue, they offered no solution or apology. Their lack of concern for our comfort was evident throughout our stay. Additionally, the room had mud on the floor, which made it even more unpleasant. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear noisy patrons throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night's rest. This lack of soundproofing severely impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. Furthermore, when we tried to engage with them for restaurant recommendations and local activities, they gave us lousy options and put in no effort to assist us in having a pleasant stay. It felt as though they were doing the bare minimum and didn't care about their guests' experiences at all. To top it all off, we got food poisoning from their breakfast, which was the final straw. The quality and safety of their food were clearly not up to standard, and it ruined our trip. Given the poor service, unwelcoming attitude, the inconvenience of having a leaking shower, noisy environment, mud on the floor, and the food poisoning incident, I believe a refund is warranted for this terrible experience. I would not recommend Hosteria Suiza to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Huacachina.

Wonderful

Great stay and experience at this hotel. We had parking, breakfast and a pool. The hotel was very calm and gave me the best sleep I've had in years. Everyone was great with the customer service! It was a big pleasure to stay at Hosteria Suiza.

All was good. No complains.

Very good

Great location, they have a pool that made it even better. The service was good, nothing too memorable.

The shower didnt work and the pressure was to strong, normally thats a plus , since it did not have a door the water splashed into the rest of the bathroom floor . we were not able to turn the shower head to a different position.

Definitely the right place to stay.

It’s a paradise. For sure is the perfect place to stay in the oasis. It looks like a Mexican villa, beautiful property, with an amazing courtyard with nice pool and magnificent view of the dunes. Near from the parties and far enough to have a good rest. Helpful staff. Just perfect.

Lovely, just spoilt by loud pool music

Everything else. The pool is a delight, the staff were friendly and accommodating, helpful and hard working. The location is the best in Huachachina for a good night's sleep (once the blasted pool music is eventually turned off!).

The music round the pool. It goes on for 12 hours, is really loud, some of it completely inappropriate with misogynistic rap lyrics, but worse is that it's the same loop every day. For such a lovely and slightly classier hotel than the others in Huachachina it is spoilt by blaring out terrible music all day at a ridiculous volume - completely unnecessary! What's wrong with quiet so you can relax and read or just gentle tunes?

Quiet location in a busy (touristy) town. Beautiful pool where you can relax. Very simple rooms, but clean.

The shower was very weak. Breakfast was a little simple (bread, eggs and jam) and no option to change.

Pool in the middle of the dunes!

The location is perfect, and the pool is really great in the middle of the dunes. The room was clean and basic. The breakfast is very good!

There is a lot of noise from the street and it feels like it’s inside of the room.

The hotel charge us in Soles at a higher exchange. The exchar6wsd 1USD=3.77Sol but they charge us at 4sol.

Beautiful building, friendly staff, great location.

The room was beautiful. It had a double door balcony overlooking the pool, which just made it stunning. There is no central heat and air but that seems to be standard for the area. The pool is gorgeous, the breakfast was great, staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing-everything was great! Maybe a window unit for AC if it is during the hot season. We were comfortable though.

Fabulous

Great location just next to the dunes on the end of oasis. Nice and quiet. Beautiful garden with pool. WiFi was working good and we enjoy our one night stay here.

The bathroom is bit outdated but they keep it clean.
