Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck zwischenlagern.
In einigen Details sind die Zimmer doch schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.

excellent location, swimming pool, hot water
The room does not have a closet or a single hook to hand cloths.

Really comfy, nice hot shower.
Breakfast in the morning was really good.
Huacachina is known as a party town, but this property was nice and quiet in the evening

Cost, clean. (I hope)
The rooms looked nothing like the website pictures. "Oasis view" means tiny sliver of water across pool deck that is not part of property. The rooms was basic. Beds, tv, towels.

Room dated but spacious and comfy, Good brekkie, fried eggs with avocado and hot crusty rolls, lush!
Nowt really, a bit dated but otherwise sound.

Good location and nice view from terrace restaurant.
They served breakfast before 7:00a.m. according to our request. WiFi worked well.
Expensive for the service and condition
*Only bath towel and a small soap per person, no hand towel, no shampoo and no bath mat
*A bath towel had big holes
*Old bath room
*No trash bin in the room
*NO WATER of whole hotel early morning(I wanted to inform the situation though nobody at the front desk.)

I don’t like to write negative feedbacks, but I didn’t like this place at all. My room didn’t look like booking pictures at all, I had no towels, so had to ask for it and got just one. I stayed in more than 10 hotels during my trip to Peru and can compare what you can get for the same price and it was the worst option. The bathroom was rather dirty. The staff looked really bored, like making you a favor for being there. I asked if I can get packed breakfast, since I left earlier than breakfast started, the girl from reception confirmed, but of course I never got it.

Big room, good location in Huacachina, nice staffs
Average breakfast

Room was a good size. Large bed with clean sheets. Towels were clean and of good quality. Breakfast was pretty good for the price, with fresh juice and an avocado as well as the usual bread, ham, cheese and jam; coffee was decent, too.
The room does not look as good as in the pictures. One of the bedside lights had no plug and both were not fitted to the wall correctly. When we arrived there was nowhere to put our things except the floor because the furniture had just been varnished. Staff were nice, but not overly welcoming. No bathmat or hand towels. No shampoo was provided.

Great location, very friendly staff, decent breakfast

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I got sick with my stomach and they called me a doctor, made me tea and special food. The place is very good value for money. We stayed 5 nights in total.

Cleanliness, breakfast, WiFi
No hot water, wardrobe and hangers. Hard pillows.

Location is very good, reception staff speaks english (reception staff only !!), helpful and frendly.
Not English breakfest, nor American. We as a couple received 2 pcs of ham, 2 pcs of cheese and 4 small buns (bread) for breakfast. Staff do not speak english, unfrendly, when asked for more ham and cheese we received 1pcs of ham and 1 pcs of cheese. Management need to travel over Europe/America to understand meaning of american or english breakfest or what needs to be included in the breakfast for accomodation costing 53$ per night.
Shower does not work properly, you need to wait 5 mins for hot water to start pouring plus very dificult to adjust proper water temperature (was trying for 15 mins to adjust), faucet does not work properly. No heating in the room.

nice staff, organised for us sanboarding and wine tasting tours. Also good breakfast, cute dog and warm blankets
a bit old old rooms comparing to the pictures. Staff speaks limited English

The beds were quite warm for the cold temperature.
We were told we couldn't pay by card, and five minutes later, I saw someone paying by card. The bathroom is connected to an upstairs restaurant, so it was loud, and people could literally see you while showering if it was during the day.

The room was a nice size, huge bathroom, beds were super comfortable and the blankets were so cozy. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly.
There is no heater so getting out of the shower is a bit chilly.

Location and staff
Not enough hot water in winter and it’s not a pretty place

Nice terrace and it was nice to relax at the pool next door (not part of the hospejale, but if you seem calm and quiet, I think the staff can very kindly arrange its use - which they did for us).
The rooms were a bit dated and need renovation (like most of Huacachina).

Excellent breakfast
The room was spacious
Cold shower
The floor was dirty
2.5 / 5.0
Not a lot, frankly.
Old and tired, in much need of renovation. No hot water for the shower, and only a cold tap in the sink.

A beautiful terrace for breakfast on the rooftop, swimming pool, very helpful staff.
Water was quite cold in the evening, they only turned the heating on for water in the morning. Ordering taxi through hotel took 30 min and it was quite complicated. It would be easier to take a scooter on the street to get to Ica city.
4.5 / 5.0
The place and the view from the room.
There was no pool.

My family and I loved everything about this hotel The stuff were very helpful they cooked very well they helped us organize the tours And above all everything was very reasonably priced

Very friendly owner. Staff were polite. Small but nice breakfast in the morning. Fresh juice, bread rolls and eggs cooked to order. Room was basic but did the job for a stopover for one night. Close to everything you might want to visit in Huacachina.
Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 7pm. Not given a quadruple room as booked but a room with two doubles instead. Needed to have the toilet re-cleaned when we arrived as the resident dog had passed urine on the toilet and floor. It was however cleaned up quickly for us after we mentioned the issue.
3.5 / 5.0
Cleanliness and kindness of the staff, delicious breakfast.
The fact that there was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, it was completely empty.
