Clean, cozy, and quiet place! Resourceful owner!

Clean, cozy, and quiet place! Amita, the owner is very resourceful and gave us tips for food and places to visit. Besides, she also helped to find a driver from Jaipur to Agra at below market price for our customized route. Grateful to stay at this beautiful place! Highly recommended! We are 4 people visiting Jaipur from Singapore & Malaysia.

Best stay option in Jaipur....a good break from typical hotels.

Very well planned homestay which takes care of every minute need of the guest. Super clean and well maintained.

Breakfast inclusion could make it little more convenient thus allowing the guests to start their tour little late if required.

Excellent and welcoming Homestay

This is an excellent homestay. The owner is very lovely, kind and generous. We had no problems with our visit. The noise is expected, it is a city after all, however, it did quieten down from about 22:30. The homestay was quiet, clean, secure and very well kept. We asked for the breakfast to be kept simple, and the owner did just that. We are thankful for her kindness in this regard. The bedroom (twin bed) was comfortable, spacious and the en-suite was of a good size. There’s a safe that one could use. Tea and coffee facilities are available. The owner gave us information regarding a local taxi service that could help us get around the city. We took this up and it was genuinely the best decision made. I would recommend anyone asking the owner for advise on use of taxi/guide services. I am seriously thinking about staying at this homestay again in the near future.

Welcoming and trustworthy. An island of calm in a fascinating and chaotic city.

There are three things I was hoping for on my trip to Jaipur. A knowledgeable and trustworthy host. A unique safe and comfortable place to stay and a central location. Magpie Villa ticked all of these boxes. Genuine people who care about their guest's well-being and travel experience. An island of calm is a chaotic but fascinating city. You will find helpful advice and the best Tuk Tuk driver around to show you the sights.

the hostess cleanliness

just outside the property there’s a garbage heap rooms are too tiny there is a peculiar smell there’s a banquet hall right opposite and the loud music can’t let you sleep

comfortable, welcoming guest house

It was a short tuk tuk ride to the old town gates and set off the main road so it’s a nice quiet location. There’s an especially good restaurant 5 minutes walk away. There is a fridge available and kitchen area. Amita is a great host and took me to the fort herself.

The location of the Magpie Villa is very central, so close to everything. The facility is very clean, and has everything it promises.

The central location of the property makes it very close to happening pubs and bars. We could hear music from one of the bars across the road till very late night and that was the only negative.

Magpie Villa was a home away from home for us. Centrally located, near to good eateries, clean rooms with a pleasant garden and living room. Host was very helpful. She helped us plan the city tour and even helped us arrange a car for inter city travel. Magpie villa and the host made our family trip to Jaipur a memorable one😊

We have stayed at Magpie Villa whenever visiting Jaipur and it is always such a delight ... the calm house and garden. The owner and staff are lovely and very helpful and friendly. The place is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location great for the old sights in Jaipur. Highly recommended.

Me and my friend were well taken care of by Amita, who provided us with excellent recommendations on everything from Ayurveda massage to South Indian dining right around the corner, during our 2 nights in Jaipur. Do let her guide your stay and you will not be disappointed! The place is walking distance from restaurants and shops, but located on a calm street (accessible by taxi/tuktuk), allowing for a good nights sleep. In addition to facilities like AC and wifi, we also took the chance to wash our clothes, a much appreciated service provided at a small cost. Magpie Villa is a relaxed little place, perfect if you are looking for a personal-vibe while also getting great value for money.

It's located at the heart of the city with multiple food options around. The parking was provided inside the premises so you can be rest assured that you car will be safe. The staff is really good and helped us in the best way possible.
