Excellent Stay & Staff

He The apartment was lovely and the staff were the most helpful and friendly. Locked the keys in the apartment late at night and rang the emergency number, the man was most patient and helpful and helped us retrieve the spare key in no time.

Excellent location in the heart of Siena. Clean spacious apartment.

Excellent location. - very central - very good for exploring the medieval city. Washing machine. Comfortable bed. Brilliant daily cleaning. Soft good-size bath towels replaced during the week. Good supply of guide books and maps. Responsive team - the few problems dealt with quickly.

No hot water on arrival but this was fixed very promptly the next day. The apartment sleeps 5 - we were only 2 luckily as there were only 2 usable wine glasses, very few small plates, no bowls - in fact insufficient crockery or cutlery to make use of the dishwasher possible or worthwhile!

Pleasant time. Siena has so much to see

Good location.

The last time we stayed at this location we had a room with windows onto the plaza. It truly enhanced the experience. This time we looked out onto the alley. The room with the plaza view gives a much better feeling of being connected tiptoe city and the life around it

Spacious, 2 story apartment, nicely furnished with historical accents, clean. Great location. We stayed 1 night only, but wished we could stay longer.

It was the best experience! We may come back in a year and rent apartment for a month.

The location was excellent! We were lucky to have that apartment and have the neighborhood win the Palio and get to be apart of the celebrations!!!

It would be nice to have laundry soap. we left our purchase there. Hopefully for the next person to use. Air conditioning in living room would be nice too. Granted it was 100 F/38 C.

Excellent place for a family vacation!

Location was excellent! Right in the middle of everything, cafes and shops, easy walk to historic center, and surrounded by famous Palio horse race celebrations! Also very family friendly apartment, very accommodating staff!

Wall mounted air conditioning in upstairs loft wasn’t functioning properly, made it rough on the kids sleeping at night during 100degree summer heat wave outside, but should be easily fixed!

Ideal location!

Perfect location, inside the city center. Very clean room, ideal for families or group of friends.

The extra bed at the one bedroom should be more comfortable, but still you could sleep..

GOOD AND CONFORTABLE. A VERY GOOD VALUE.

Perfectly clean. Near the heart of the city. Inside the forbidden zone.You have to leave the car in a car park. Very comfortable. Wide rooms.

Nothing special. The difficulty of access - which is due to the city's policy.

In the very centre of the city of Siena. It is easy to walk everywhere from there. The apartment has two independent bedrooms and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for a few days of holidays in this beautiful Tuscan city.

Fantastic location, very nice apartment

Fantastic location, very kind people, big apartment extremely clean and nice. Everything was perfect, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, tv everything is modern and works perfectly.
