A Jewel of a hotel in the heart of a jewel of city with the most exceptional staff, you can imagine.

Beautiful room, spacious with interesting, antique furnishings and bathroom, a great location, I want for breakfast and simply the best coffees and cappuccinos! The staff was amazing in every way. They were most responsive in communication prior to our arrival and help us solve some complicated… Truly complicated problems while we were there. Joanna is so kind and dedicated, going above and beyond reasonable expectations, you would’ve thought she was the owner.

La situation idéale pour visiter Sienne,

Emplacement idéal, mais nécessité de laisser sa voiture au parking (payant). Improbable entrée comme chez soi et chambre étonnante avec son plafond peint et sa terrasse sur la ville.

Nous aurions peut-être apprécié un buffet de petit-déjeuner plutôt que de devoir commander sur une liste ne reflétant pas forcément tout ce que l'on aime.

Beautiful palace in centre of Siena. Received a free upgrade to bigger room Great rooftop area to see the countryside with a glass of vino.. selection of champagne and wines available in house at reasonable prices. Stayed in Florence previously in a tiny room for the same price..this venue is great value

An excellent boutique hotel. The staffs, Cristina, Sonia, Sylvia and Daniela are very cordial. The service in this hotel is 120/100. The hotel, especially the lobby, is elegant. It locates almost in the center of Siena, so if you come to Siena by car, It will be better for you to reserve a service of car valet. For breakfast, we chose continental breakfast. It's very delicious. Thank you all the staffs. Now we come back to Taiwan and began to work. We miss you. See you.

Fab bed and breakfast in old Siena

A converted bed and breakfast on the third floor of a historic building, centrally located in Siena. The staff are very responsive and helpful. As it's a bed and breakfast, you're certainly not going to get the corporate hotel experience with all of the amenities. One big perk is that they do provide a Netflix log-in on the TV, which was nice. The room was clean and the common area is beautiful. It's centrally located in Siena and around the corner from some great restaurants. The breakfast was great - we ordered boiled eggs, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt and coffee and it was all delightful.

The elevator was a bit sketchy (it's a very old building) so prepare to carry your luggage up the three storeys.

Lovely Siena stay

Location was very close to main attractions and restaurants. The room was very nicely presented and comfortable. Greet breakfast at the local cafe.

It was like a shared house with common living areas. But bedrooms and bathrooms are separate.

Great location and we would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was great and Sylvia was very attentive and helpful. The room was beautifully appointed, and the living/dining area was very welcoming.

We stayed in a room that accommodated 4 people - queen size bed on level 1, and 2 beds in a loft area. The loft was a little warm, due to the AC not cooling that area very well.

Very nice place

Location of this small boutique 6 room residence was perfect. We were two minute walk to just about everything that you wanted to see or do. This place was once a family home which they have converted over to a small hotel but have retained the large family/living room off to the side of the main entrance filled with old family memorabilia, furniture and pictures and art work on the walls. Forgot to mention the view, SPECTACULAR!!!!! Could not ask for something better.

Didn’t like that the front desk was only manned from 3-7 pm felt that someone should have been there in the mornings to assist with things like taxi requests or suggestions for restaurants things of this nature .

Such an amazing place to stay with such lovely people!

When we stepped inside the Residenza Borghesi, the design and comfort simply took our breath away. It was like staying in a palace with beautiful decor and elegant touches throughout. It was also immaculate. Silvia and Daniela were lovely, they made us feel completely at home and could not do enough for us, going above and beyond to help arrange excursions, book restaurants and even assisting with sending a painting that we bought back home! The breakfasts were great and we loved the fact that when we had to leave really early for trips then we had the option of breakfast in the cafe downstairs (which was also delicious). The location is very central and only a few minutes from the main square and Duomo. Our late evenings were spent in the sitting room, which was like a scene from Pride and Prejudice! A flawless stay which we plan to repeat!

A sense of grandeur and an oasis from the bustle of the city

Lady in reception so friendly and helpful. She recommended places to eat and even drew us a map. Room was beautiful and bed so comfy.

Dream come true

Everything! From the warm, personal welcome to the games table in the sitting room, from the gorgeous room to the cute, rooftop terrace. Loved it all.

The shower was a tight squeeze and lacked a soap tray, but that was a less-than-minor inconvenience.

Exceptional

I enjoyed very much the close attention that was provided by the staff prior and during my stay. It was a unique experience to just stroll into a Palazzo for the night in the middle of Sienna. The Junior Suite was fantastic and I thoroughly appreciated the use of the living for a couple of hours during breakfast time to make the most out of my stay on a rainy morning.

Extremely comfortable bed, exquisite balcony view, really friendly and helpful stuff, excellent breakfast and really nice palazzo décor. Totally recommend it!
