Loved this hotel!

The hotel location was ideal for transport links such as Centrale station, metro stop Zara is right outside and there is also a tram on the street. It is also a walkable distance into the centre of Milan. The room had everything we needed including a fridge, coffee machine, safe and hairdryer. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. The staff were amazing, so friendly, welcoming and were always there to help with anything. The breakfast was excellent and had a good range of food and drinks. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Milan.

You just have to make sure you pull your room door shut to make sure it is locked/closed

Tranquila estancia en Milán

Hotel tranquilo con habitaciones modernas y muy bien comunicado junto al metro. Personal muy amable. Muy buena opción para alojarse en Milán. Barrio muy tranquilo y el metro te lleva al Duomo sin transbordos. Muy recomendable.

la ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación de Garibaldi y un barrio muy céntrico con buen ambiente. La cama era bastante cómoda y el personal muy amable.

No me gusto la habitación teniendo el cuenta el precio. Habitación pequeña, muebles viejos, y la ducha no tragaba bien el agua.

It is a really nice, little hotel with helpful and kind personel, super nice home-made breakfast, nice rooms. It is well situated at the junction of two metro lines, so it is easy to get anywhere in the city. The area is also nice, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants in 10 minutes walk.

Very good

The location is good. 4 metro stops from the Duomo. The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the metro. There are many restaurants nearby where you can dine even late at night. Rooms are cleaned daily. The staff was friendly

The bed was not very comfortable. Pillows are quite firm. There is drinking water in the mini bar - 1 bottle of carbonated water and one bottle of natural water. The first day I drank one bottle, but the next day after cleaning the room, the mini bar was not filled with a new one. Water is paid for anyway and they should be putting in new ones every day. Breakfast was satisfactory but no choice of eggs - only boiled.

the location - very near to the metro and well connected to the city centre

the heater - we wasnt able to adjust the temperature of AC / Heater. end up the rooms that i stayed with having a temperature at 35c. imagine - i even need to open the window to make my room cooler (bare in mind my stay is on mid dec 2022 where the temperature is at 2c - 3c

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, near the metro station and easy to reach. With a beautiful and comfortable room and dito bathroom. And a fantastic breakfast. During the night quiet and peaceful

the beds are of good quality, but a bit to hard for us. A thicker pillow would have been more fitted. Sleeping next to the stairs to the dining room for breakfast means you wake up early by hearing all those foodsteps. The tram passing buy every half hour in the morning was also loud and clear.

Clean room, Kindly stuff, good location. Metro is near, also Central Station is not that far away.

For a couple, bed was not that comfy. Thin walls, you can hear others very well.

Good experience.

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety and really good. There is a waiter making the coffee. Decoration is nice. Room above our expectations, is spacious, good bed.

Well located clean hotel by the metro stop

Excellent location with metro right outside hotel. 5 mins walk to bars and restaurants. Hotel a little basic but very clean, very friendly staff and a good breakfast offering. Free safe in the room, small desk to do work.

Tiled floor made rooms and corridors noisy, was quite expensive for a 3 star. Not enough hangers in the cupboard for clothes, bathroom could have better soap/shampoo in

One of the best hotel in town. Staff service more than helpful and kind. Especialy the gentleman at the front desk. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Hotel in close to metro station.
