Good place for adventurous people, loft type bedroom. Bathroom is huge compared to some apartments in Italy we stayed in. Complete household needs, we even cooked during our stay.
Air conditioner can be improved to reach the loft much better but it's not really a problem

It was compact and functional. Ideal for a short break in Milan at a reasonable price. Very close to public transport and convenience stores.
I can't think of anything. If I was being really picky it would be that the Kibilu sign is very small. We arrived after darkness and walked past the accommodation several times due to the small signage if you arrive in daylight, this would not be an issue.

The location is good
No enought hot water for 4 people .no kettle and bread toaster in the kitchen

The apartment was exactly what we needed for a few days or even longer as it’s got everything there. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment was spacious enough for a couple. Fridge and many other facilities and also hairdryer, iron etc.

Location was great if your purpose is to be close to SDA Bocconi university.
The access link to the apartment didn't work at the beginning when using mobile data. Once I connected to the property's wifi connection, I managed to get the access link working. Pretty inconvenient when technology lets you down.

The room was new and clean.Thw kitchen was also new and the bathroom was excellent.
The bed was small. It was set in aloft type structure and you couldn’t stand up.There was also no elevator.

The flat was very spacious and will 4 people comfortably. Nice interior design, lots of light and a balcony. Separate bedroom and living room, with a couchbed, which was also comfortable. Good kitchen, loved the little 'kitchen goody bag'. Since we had to book at the very last minute, the staff was very accomodating and let us check in early, very grateful for that. Getting in wasn't too complicated. Everything was clean. It was genuinely a lovely stay, would recommend!
There were no wine glasses left, which isnt a problem, but might want to check that. Also (and mb we didn't find them), but 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people can run out quite quickly.

very spacious
there’s no elevator and it’s confusing to unlock the door
0.5 / 5.0
The location is fine but no lift is a problem for carrying 3 big luggages climbing 4 long stairs
The lower deck of bed has height of 28 inches, the lamp of dining work is broken and we can’t use kitchen every night, the blind is broken and can’t be closed, the air conditioner is noisy and water leaking to the floor makes us clean up everyday

Good apartment, clean, equipped with all the necessary and spacious enough.

Good ubicated and very clean. Practical.
The bed-sofa is very uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils could be better because the pot was like burned.

I stayed for 8 days and given the length of my stay, utilized every facet of the apartment. The location and price is really difficult to beat. Viale Bligny is a main street with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops, tram, Pam grocery, etc all within walking distance. The Porta Romana train stop is a few blocks away which runs on the M3 and can take you anywhere in Milan within a few stops for only 2 Euros.
Also, in my experience with getting places in Milan, the WiFi signal strength is usually hit or miss which in 2020 is arguably one of the biggest deal breakers there is. That said, the WiFi strength at Viale Bligny was fantastic for the duration of the stay.
Lastly, the kitchen and appliances were all pretty good (kitchen, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine).
OK, this is going to be quite a lengthy list but the first thing is the key pick-up (and drop off) isn't ideal. I've seen the hosts comment that it's at the Carrefour only a few stops away on the tram line, but I'll say this. I'm very familiar with Milan as I come here once a month and even I wouldn't be able to take my luggage from the Carrefour lugging it onto the tram and then figuring out the right stop to get off at. The drop off at the same Carrefour is even worse because you may have purchased something or had more things with you during your stay. Most places in Milan utilize SweetGuest as a property management tool as they show up, let you into the building, show you appliances, etc. I'd suggest the owners use SweetGuest in the future.
Second, the sleeping area is in a loft that is ridiculously cramped. I actually threw the mattress down into the living room and slept in the living room all bundled together since I kept hitting my head on the ceiling (and mind you, I'm a pretty short dude).
Third, the apartment is directly on top of a unit that has two dogs which bark all day and into the evening until their owners get home. I wanted to kick the door down the first night it was so bad. In the US, some people are known to call the cops because you're disturbing the peace by having barking dogs but in Italy I think people just don't want to hassle their neighbors and just go with it.
Fourth, heat disbursement has limitations with the stove/oven and shower. If you have the oven on while the stove is on, you'll have to allocate heat efficiently between both areas. Same with shower and washing machine. And hot water runs out quickly in general no matter.
Lastly, you can only run two main appliances at one time in the unit or the power will shut off completely and you'll need to re-start the power box. I found this out by having the heater, oven, and dishwasher on at the same time.
