pleasant, nice and small pool area, would have been better if the pool was retiled and rooms upgrade

Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were spotless.very nice hotel layout for something that small easy access to the beach. Fresh squeezed juices were available.

All but one day, front desk staff spoke no English or Spanish. The rooms A/C was aimed to hit either one bed or the other, no other angle, had to turn it on/off throughout the night. Some pool tiles were falling apart kept seeing pieces of black grout in the pool, pool was super slippery when entering (more than it should be) did not feel clean. Not enough pillows (only had 2 small ones), no extra blanket. In similar areas for same price range they included coffe maker and robe. TV barely worked. Bathroom sink was tiny, only fit 1 person. Not enough towels and they looked really worn.

Superb

The location is excellent. The beach service was great, the food also good. The fact that is a pet friendly was the key decision factor to us.

Since it's a pet friendly, we missed a place to shower our little friends to remove the sand. It would be much more comfortable if at the entrance, the same place where they have the "lava pés", they had a nose to remove the sand.

Just across the beach

Just across the beach, it allowed us to easily enjoy the sea. The room layout was well designed, comfortable and the decor had relaxed and happy colors, that we loved. The staff was accommodating and made our stay great.

Dirty

The toilet did not flush, shower did not drain. pubic hairs in the bed. Staff said I should have never put toilet tissue in the toilet.

The plumbing and the way the staff cleaned the rooms.

The hotel is amazingly great!

Very well located jus feel steps from the ocean! All you have to do is to cross the street! The staff is super nice!

Great stay with wonderful staff.

Staff was really nice and kind, especially Igor help us a lot. Cleaning lady also accept additional cleaning of balcony when it was wet due to rain. Location is great. And I could enjoy to see ocean from my room.

Just one thing, on morning, hot shower was very weak.

Pretty good facility, with great pool and breakfast buffet. Too crowded for pandemic times.

I loved the breakfast buffet and that they did fix the gym since the last time I've been there.

Too crowded. For pandemic times they should have been more careful with the number of available rooms. Saturday afternoon they even hosted a live band by the pool.
