Excellent stay - booked this hotel for a hen do and it was perfect.

overall our stay was fantastic but would definitely ask for a room with a better view next time

it was in a great location the staff were so helpful. The food was amazing and the beds were so comfortable

we were allocated a room at the side of the property next to the hotel next door. It was very noisy during the night when they were emptying their bins

A real oasis in the centre of bustling Playa Las Americas. Really peaceful, comfortable hotel with great facilities, comfy rooms and attentive staff... and a welcoming glass of Prosecco when we checked in!

As with most hotels in Playa, parking is a challenge. We got really lucky and found a space next to the property.

Would definitely recommend!

Lovely smaller hotel with the most beautiful plants surrounding everywhere you walk. Welcomed with a glass of Prosecco or orange and upgraded to a pool view . Rooms spacious and clean. Bed large and comfortable , shower good. Located within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and the seafront .

The only thing for us was the music round the pool loud and modern , but we are late fifties so to be fair the younger generation would love it!

Always room for improvement!

Second time we have stayed here just as good as the last,but had a better room being that we had a pool view, is was a little bit extra money but worth it.

Not much we didn't like apart from food which we thought was of a higher standard pre pandemic than this time around, but we could always find something to eat,plus it being a buffet still dining not much in the way of sanitising

Great place, especially for younger couples

Amazing stay! Was a bit sceptical about it being quite far from the beach, but it was a very easy walk and absolutely no problem, took maybe 7-10mins. We got a welcome drink in the beginning, which really gives you that "now my holiday is starting" feeling. Breakfast was really good, rooms modern and clean, the whole hotel area is very green and really nicely done with a lot of plants, everyone was super friendly, happy hour was awesome and the cocktails really good, the pool was nice, quite warm (but still refreshing) and saltwater, we loved it. There are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants close by and you can book excursions directly at the hotel, so we really didn't get bored. The guests were overall mainly younger, a lot of couples between 20 - 40, but some older guests as well. All in all I really got nothing negative to say. If we ever come back to Las Americas, we definitely know which hotel to book!

Concept Adult Only is a big plus for us, it is quite calm near the pool as there are no children so one can relax. Building itself is beautiful, there is small passage way behind to go straight to the beach. The rooms are big. Staff is great, always smiling and helpful. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice surprise. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

Sound proofing of rooms is not the best, there is big whole under the entrance door. So when there is a cleaning in the next room, you can hear it like if cleaning was in your room instead. It was especially at night, when other guests were coming back from party and starting running from room to room, clapping doors, laughing even though there is a note to be quite on each floor. I know this is people factor and not hotel's fault, but maybe they could do something with sound isolation of the doors. The breakfast was quite repetitive.

belated 50th birthday due to covid. wanted relaxation and got it. rooms clean and modern. daily maid service. sun beds a

adults only. quiet. calm. relaxing. cleanliness

no wash room to shower as we had a 12 check out but weren’t getting picked up until 7.30pm. there was a small room to change/freshen up but was only a large loo. to say how high speck the hotel was felt a wash room would be beneficial
