Geht für eine oder zwei Nächte, wenn man gerne zentral wohnen möchte.

Lage top, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Bad modern und alles außer dem Schlafsofa sauber.

Schlafsofa eklig dreckig (Matratze!) und durchgelegen. Kaum Frischluft im Schlafraum, dunkel ohne Fenster. Lüftung im Bad läuft permanent sehr laut (nachts!)

Nie wieder Frans Hals

Frans Hals Unterkunft liegt zentral in der Stadt. Parkplat ist sehr praktisch.

Leider ist die Wohnung sehr verdreckt. Wir konnten nicht auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen, da die Matratze voll mit Dreck, Insekten und Hundehaaren war. Haben uns ein Feldbett gekauft und aufgestellt. Das Bad wurde nur oberflächlich geschmiert und nicht gereinigt. Widerlich. Das Geschirr war dreckig im Schrank. Dabei wäre alles so schön, wäre es sauber schade.

Superb

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, great for relaxing in the evenings. It was really clean. In the perfect location for exploring haarlam, there's a shop two minutes away and the apartment is 5 minutes or so away from the town centre.

The apartment was well located, and had everything we needed. The owner was helpful and allowed us to check-in early which made it much easier with two young children. There is a cat that lives nearby and our children enjoyed patting him!

There isn't much of a view with the only window looking into the parking lot. The skylights both have blinds which is great, however we didn't discover the one in the bedroom until the second night!!

Take care which room you get

The location is good enough. But I knew that as former local.

The advertised pictures are frankly misleading. It's not clear what room matches with the advertised main first pictures. I found my room near the end of the 70 pictures. Wasn't an appartement, it was a converted garage. With car park right in front. No window bedroom.

Ideal base from which to explore Haarlem and also get easy access to Amsterdam. Loved Haarlem.

Secure parking was excellent and property only a short walk (10 minutes?) to the railway station and fast trains to Amsterdam . Bed was comfortable. plenty of towels, including a tea towel and hand towel for the kitchen area.

Coffee pod machine wouldn’t take the pods… right fiddle. Think a part is broken, which meant the pods dropped down without piercing. Can sometimes hear voices/ music in neighbouring property but not really a nuisance or even that loud. Our apartment could do with a fresh coat of paint as walls very scuffed in places but it was very clean.

The walls were quite heavily marked by suitcases. Didn't have an effect on our stay but may be nice to paint over soon.

The location was very good, close to transport links and supermarkets. It was good to have a little kitchen due to having small children so being able to make them breakfast was good. A good base got our visit to Harlem and Amsterdam

nothing. All was good for our stay and what we wanted as a short term base for our trip

Very nice apartment located in a nice city of Haarlem. Apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in good location to visit Amsterdam or to enjoy a day on the beach.

We loved our stay and would come back

Nice apartment for a short city break including a secured parking spot. The staff immediately came to help when we had a little issue checking in.

The bathroom light is only with a motion detector which also turns on an extraction fan (as the bathroom has no window). This then runs for a long time and is quite noisy.

Location was great, close to café and restaurants, safe. Small but convenient Easy check in Private and quiet

Bathroom a bit small. Could have left more toilet paper at the start. Had issues with power points which were faulty but the owner was very reactive and fixed the issue. The place could use some maintenance (paint, powerpoint)

The location was excellent, and the space was wonderful. The room itself was beautiful and spacious and was centrally located, a short walk from any attraction in the city. A cosy park is located close by and the canal is right at your door. Absolutely loved it!

Very nice, super clean but zero contact after arrival after we arrived for problems encountered.

It was super clean and big space. Lots of good shopping and eating within 5 blocks and 15 min walk from Haarlem train station. We were able to store our luggage at another address belonging to this group, that was really nice.

We were given the wrong door code to get in and if we hadnt gotten there while the housekeeping staff was there (very helpful and super nice!), I dont know how we'd have gotten in or gotten the correct code because we never heard from the owner again, not even after we had no hot water from day 2 on. When I called the number given on the email for the manager/owner, it said the number was not in service. Kitchen is nice but had no silverware or cutting utensils, otherwise it had what we needed. It has a bar 2 doors down and had lots of night noise.

We received emails that the host or employee would meet us to hand over keys. when we arrived no one was in the deserted

Outside had weeds and dirt on windows It was attached to a cafe and wall were thin. Terrible band throbbed through the night . Sleep was impossible.

Very comfortable beds and apartment. Parking a bit of a walk around the corner but still useful to have for free. Close to a lovely canal and park. Washing machine very useful to have.

It seems like a street-level shop converted into an apartment, so no windows, and could be noisy. Felt intrusive to have pedestrians walking just outside the living room. The cost should perhaps take this into account.

Disappointed

Located very centrally for sights and restaurants and near the station. Air con good and shower, toiletries and linen. Nice decor and modern design but needs redecorating.

Small dark apartment with one small window which opened onto the car park and no view. Photos are misleading.It stank of cigarette smoke. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Lumpy pillows. Kitchen sink totally blocked and wash basin very slow to empty. No welcome. A neighbour had to help us ring Erik to get the key code as we had received no notification from him. The neighbour said he had had to do this before for Relaxed Apartments. Hair dryer was broken so I bought a new one for which Erik wouldn't repay me €17 for. I left it there anyway. We didnt feel comfortable or welcome.

A very relaxing stay in the heart of Haarlem

Very comfortable and very well serviced apartment [Jacob van Ruisdael], the car parking right in front being a huge bonus for our stay. Perfect localization allowing us to visit nearby attractions. A special appreciation for the renewal of the bathroom , the AC in the bedroom was a great pleasure, electric shutter system permitting plenty of natural light inside++++

A slightly annoying detail in the wall of the hall needs to be taken care of…
