I loved this Villa/host. It was personable but private and super clean. Beautiful and artsy too!

The location was really nice and we were in the quiet area. The staff was super helpful and friendly and available all the time to answer our questions.

The room was extremely humid and we had to keep conditioning on all the time. Moreover our bed sheets had blood stains and we asked to change them, but they were not and we had to sleep on them all three nights we were there. As it was extremely humid - we had a lot of insects. There was also construction going on on the second floor starting at 8 am every morning and we could hear every noise from the neighbors and the breakfast area.

An excellent option for exploring the city.

A very hospitable host - Marco met at the door, the check-in went great. Luxurious breakfast - very tasty, varied, beautiful presentation. Very nice room in a beautiful house - refurbished, big, very comfortable bed, excellent soundproofing. Very nice garden is near the house. Everything is very good!

Quiet location, in a residence area, an intimate and modern boutique accomodation. Nearest beach is approx 10-15 minutes walk and the centre of Mondello with restaurants and many shops is at 25-30 minutes walk from the accomodation. Valerio and Marco were very kind and always able to provide us their support ☺️!

We have stayed in the Double Room with terrace at the groundfloor and during our stay, we could hear any noise from the other ones. In my opinion, I think it would be better to soundproof a bit the rooms 🙂.

The lads running the B&B were so helpful, nice, friendly and genuine with anything we asked or needed. So accommodating and the location was perfect if you are planning a stay in Mondello as it is only a 5-10 walk to the beach. The breakfast was delicious aswell and the whole place just had a lovely atmosphere and never felt so welcomed in a place before.

Nothing at all, everything was perfect I could not recommend this place enough!

Passable

The good thing was that an owner was speaking very good English and answered all of our questions about nearest places. The shower was big, the breakfast was really tasty and they asked us if we prefer sweet or savoury which was really nice. There was a little porch outside the B&B what was very convenient. Personnel was very polite and kind. There was AC in the rooms, the towels were cleaned everyday / every second day.

There was such a bad smell in our room right on the entrance and it stayed there all days long. I think they might have a problem with the sewage system. I don’t know if its in all of the rooms or it was only in ours. Also we were not informed about everyday cleaning in the rooms and we were shocked that someone was in our room, it was written on the wall but only in Italian, then we checked. You could hear everything through the walls. Also the doors for the bathroom were so bad, made only with glass and you could hear a terrible scratch when closing them.

The brothers that own the property are very nice, helpful and flexible. The location is very quiet and serene.

The distance to city center about 25-30 min by foot and when it s very hot, it might be unpleasant. I think 8 o'clock for starting breakfast it s a bit late when the temperatures are high and you want to start early the day so you can enjoy beach, walk or visiting. So, you have to choose. In the street corner, not very far, is t a bar that opens at 6.30 and you can find same coffe and croissants so if you want to visit and start early, this is an alternative.

Great room, very nice and helpful host, nice breakfast. The location is not central, but still not far away from the beach and restaurants. Also the city is full with scooters for rent, which makes it easier to get around. We hope to come back soon.

Absolutely amazing

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful, a good selection of different fresh sweet pastry, freshly baked. Fresh fruits and aromatic coffee. The room was as expected, it’s the case when reality matches expectations. We had a wonderful balcony in our room with just astonishing views of mountains. Our room had a separate bathroom in a different room, but it wasn’t a problem at all. Air conditioning just amazing and very useful throughout the whole time. The beach is very close from the property, less than 10min walk. Owners Valerio and Giorgio were very friendly and helpful, you guys doing an amazing job!

Everything was brilliant, maybe just the pillows were a bit stiff. Other than that, highly recommend.
