I have to say that everything about the place was amazing and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Location was perfect (bar and ice cream walking distance). Straight shot to Lake Placid. Hot Tub was clean, grill fired up quickly, fire pit was used twice, and everyone enjoyed their stay! Definitely want to come back during the winter as well.

My younger son got diagnosed with Covid-19 on the day of our departure and we couldn't go. Steve the property Manager, was very understanding and kindly reimbursed me for the renting cost.

Christmas break away
The cabin has an amazing fireplace and trails out back. There is a stream right through the property that is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked save no wine glasses (two plastic ones only). The two queen beds have really bad mattresses- they are a rock hard foam I think that caves into the middle through the night so you have a bit of a struggle to get out.
We really enjoyed our stay and brought two dogs.

Very comfy cabin near “downtown” Wilmington. Only 15 minutes to Lake Placid
Nice comfortable place. Quiet location but close to Whiteface, Lake Placid and Olympic venues.

Nice location, plenty of room. Needs a little work to be worth the price.
I have to say we had a great time, the location was absolutely perfect for us to ride the 100K MTB race and take our boys fishing and enjoy the area. The house had plenty of room for our whole gang.
For the price we paid, we thought it would be nice if the grass were cut and something were done about the ants that were always showing up around the house. That and perhaps some instructions for the hot tub would have helped us really feel like we got what we paid for.
