Good value for money, not for sharing.

Great value in Hyderabad. Ibis standard room, but clean and new (more than usual). Staff polite and helpfull.

They used some cleaning product with a very stong smell (lucky it was the last night of my booking). I recommend check products and think about changing.

Nice and very good

Overall its value for money. Will not shy to look into Ibis avialbility before looking to other hotels if stay in Hydferabad.

The body lotion and Shampoo should go for some good brand - like Biotiqe or similar ones

Extremely Unpleasant Stay

Unfortunately this was an extremely unpleasant one night stay. I cannot think of one thing I liked about this hotel since even to date the stay gives me an unpleasant memory.

In general the hotel was quite unclean. Barely any space in the room to turn around and the toilet gave out a bad stench. The floor rugs in the toilet were dirty and seems to be turning around without being washed. I didn't even want to think about the towels since we had no other choice. The rate was also ridiculously expensive for this kind of a shady facility since there is a huge demand for rooms in this part of Hyderabad with not many options.

the breakfast and location are good. Not much else, even budget hotels have better roomier rooms

The rooms are tiny, bathrooms are just as tiny, not enough space for 2 people. zfir a single person ok. The mattresses were terrible even though they gave us a extra mattress ( on ground ) .... After fudging the booking and giving us a joint bed instead of twin beds. We spent 3 sleepless nights tossing and Turning the pillows were equally bad.

One of the days, house keeping came for cleaning after 5 calls. The Bed keeps moving away from the wall. There is no place to place the luggage bag.

it’s nice clean and in center of location things are easy to go even in nite

when I reached there was no one to help for my bags they said it’s self service after that in 1 nite when I stay it was fine I got the housekeeping in morning next day was my check out but I extended and made the payment in evening however I got a call for check out and no housekeeping was there had dinner with my wife in reasturant service was like till I finished the dinner after asking water was not provided so I must say they need to improve a lot as per the name and standard or ibis and accor group

Very bad rooms

Very bad rooms, the room had lots of cockroaches, when informed duty manager Mr Manoj, he was least bothered to call me back. When I called back they started avoiding my calls.

The restaurant staff were good. Breakfast buffet was good. Few staff from housekeeping were also good. The hotel is in a very prime location which makes it easy to travel. There are many restaurants outside the hotel so in case you want to try different restaurants they are at a walkable distance.

I stayed here for 6 days. There was water coming from the a/c in my room every day. The housekeeping people fixed it one day but the problem continued. The water dripping sound was very irritating and disturbed my sleep at night. There were very limited channels available on TV. I requested the reception/housekeeping staff to add 2 3 channels. They did not do anything about it. Ever after reminding them 3 4 times, they did not bother to take any action. When you charge so much money for 1 night the hotel should have to courtesy to attend to customers special requests. Room service is very slow. It took them more than a hour to bring a Biryani. They need to improve a lot when it comes to room service and attending to customers special request as they charge us heavily for room/food.
