Amazingly comfortable and good food and close to mall and IT hub

Amazingly comfortable room and nice decor. Good use of technology to have access on a tab. Located very close to in orbit mall for a quick shopping. Superb breakfast and good in room dining and they customized lunch for my kid.

Eco consious immaculate hotel in a good central location

The location is perfect and the rooms and all areas are immaculate. Staff are friendly and there is a real buzz of an international hotel

The pool wasn't available on my last visit and it would be nice to have seating round the pool rather than on another level

Passable

The ITC hotel team was responsive. Although we had some disputes, they were there and helped me to resolve it.

Had some issues but everything was solved. Truly believe it was a single time accident and it's not a practice.

Infrastructure and location

I stayed in couple of ITC hotels across the country. I also stayed in many Ultra luxurious 5 star hotels in India apart from ITC Hotels. What ITC is lacking is ambience and hospitality. Not customer friendly hotel. High attitude staff. They never smile.They put serious faces. They dictate rules. They are not welcoming. And I think they are running out of staff. Whatever we order for, waiting period is atleast 1hour.

Wonderful stay at a very lively hotel

Great location with wonderful rooms. All staff is super polite and very helpful. Had complementary drinks from 6-8 which had a great selection and snacks\bites.

we were upgraded to an junior suite .. it’s a plush 600 sqft room.. it’s one of the finest hotel rooms that I have stayed in so far .

breakfast spread though elaborate, lacks certain section like limited options of cheese and cold cuts.. no oriental option .. Ottimo the Italian restaurant - classy ambiance, average food.

pleasant, lovely hotel; Elderly need help in rooms

clean and staff very helpful …

1. rooms were not as quiet and could hear people talking in corridor 2. although staff very helpful, I felt that there was an expectation of tips at every turn. somehow this takes away from the experience. once we’ve paid for an expensive hotel , there shouldn’t be any expectation of tipping everyone from doorman to front desk staff to room clean up to porters etc 3. rooms are not as friendly to the elderly; my 80 yo parents struggled with the iPad needed to just turn off the lights
