Getting to know Eliana and her family was a highlight of our visit to Florence

Eliana is amazing! Very warm, wonderful host. Great communication through the website and whats app- super responsive. Also an excellent cook! We chose to have dinner here( so glad we did- it was super). and wonderful included breakfast the next am. Very helpful in arranging shuttle to airport for us too Stay here if you want to get to know a local and learn more about Florence. She is very engaging and fun to talk with. Loved meeting her family and dog too! We stayed overnight before an airplane flight. Location is perfect for this. Otherwise the neighborhood, is not much for a tourist ( though we had no real time to explore). Was a little hard to find- just a door on a busy tramline street.It is directly on the tram line, so could be a good location if willing to tram in and out of center of Florence ( I think would be 20-30 min tram ride). Room was on the smaller side - would be great for family with younger kids ( we were with adult kids) not much room for luggage for 4 of us. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Very clean. New bathroom. Cute decor. Not as loud as I would have thought being on the tram line. Definitely recommend

Nothing. Room is smaller, if trying to fit 4, but not much can be done about this. Again great for couple or for family with smaller kids.

A real "family" feel here and couldn't be more convenient to the airport.

Eliana is an incredibly fun hostess! She prepared us an amazing dinner and even dropped us off at the airport in the morning. She is wonderful! :)

The signage to locate the B&B could be displayed a little more prominently.

A perfect cosy stay

Fantastic.

The room was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. The host Eliana was amazing. The apartments are just 10 minutes away from the city centre and the tram stop is about 100 meters away. We would highly recommend this place.

Clean and good sized bedroom.

Have to take tram to get to city centre but close to tram stop. Breakfast was not always fresh. Need to provide fresh food on a daily basis. The same cake was being served everyday and it was stale.

Friendly comfortable stay near the airport!

Eliana could not be a better host! she met my cab outside, helped with luggage, etc. I signed up to have dinner and it was delicious. The next day she drive me to the airport. She will do anything to make you stay enjoyable!

This is a convenient place to stay near the airport, but if you don’t know your way around, it might be hard to find things to do nearby. I was just overnighting for an early flight, and it was great for that!

Nothing short of incredible!

Elena went above and way beyond in order to assist us with returning our rental car (before opening hours) and getting us to the airport for our flight. We would not have made it without her!

Comfortable and enjoyable, especially with Eliana as the host.

Cute, clean and great proximity to the airport. Eliana was gracious and full of personality; she prepared a delicious meal for us, too.

It was perfect for an AM airport transfer, right on the tram line. It would be more challenging if the priority is sightseeing in the historic, central part of Florence.

Eliana is fantastic. The place is super convenient from the airport — 2 tram stops, and a 100 meter walk back in the direction the airport tram came from. Eliana stayed late to help me check in since my flight arrived later.

We arrived late and left early so our stay was very brief, but exceptional nonetheless

We were a group of 3 traveling from Sienna to Paris and needed a room for the night before our flight out of Florence. Our late night arrival was still greeted with a smile, and we received an early morning ride to the airport the next day, outstanding customer service.

We were sad that we didn't have time for a meal :(

Eliana was a dream host, we really appreciated the care that she showed us and the dinner at the B&B that she cooked was incredible, one of our favorite meals in Florence! The check-in and check-out were also very easy, and the B&B was overall really sweet.

Wonderful rooms, Eliana is the best host ever

Eliana is such a wonderful host. She made us feel at home and was so kind and helpful and we ate at her restaurant and had a fabulous meal. She even drove us to the airport! Her rooms are clean and comfortable and she took the time to teach us new Italian words and chat with us. Stay here, you will be glad you did.
