With a maximum capacity of up to 8 people, this beautiful duplex flat is perfect for large families and groups of friends.

Playa de Las Burras FA03 duplex is distributed on two floors and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a shared garden with impressive sea views.

It can accommodate up to 8 people due to its special distribution of beds:

1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom.
1 room with single beds together at the foot of the bed.
1 room with two bunk beds.

At VillaGranCanaria we recommend this accommodation for families with children.

All services within walking distance; restaurants, shops, supermarkets... The beach is only 20 steps away from the entrance!

Privileged location, with several garden areas for sunbathing, as well as a semi-covered terrace with dining area where you can enjoy an outdoor meal in the peace and quiet offered by its wonderful sea views.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 450EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.

We spent 9 days in the house in February, 5 adults and one child. It was a bit small for us, and the beds were quite uncomfortable, hard, short and narrow. Especcially the room with the bunkbeds were not really suitable for anyone ... The top beds are very low and makes it impossible to sit up in the beds beneith. Also it is very difficult to get in and out of the lower beds. The room would be much more useful if it was made into a two beds bedroom. The house was quite well equipped, and the furnishing cozy. The representative of the owner was ready with help when we needed it. Very helpful indeed! One of the toilets was in disorder, but was immediately repaired when we pointet it out. With this said, the flaws and discomfort was fully made up for, with a unique location on a beautiful sandy beach down to the splendid ocean. It was even safe for children with a permanent lifeguard. There is a very big shopping center 5 minutes walk away, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and shops with clothes and beachwair. -very tourist minded but practical. We enjoyed our stay very much. Value for money...? If the beds and the two narrow bedrooms were fixed, we would very much consider going back there!
