Everything. Loved the cleanliness of the villa. We hired a car so going anywhere wasn’t a problem. Kids absolutely loved the pool and maybe their favourite thing of the holiday. Also when we arrived, there were already bread, milk and stuff and that was very thoughtful. Definitely would go back here if we go Lanzarote again.
Nothing. Everything was perfect for us

Cleanliness, had everything we needed, quiet location, good Wi-Fi, private, great pool area. Daniela checked in regularly by text to make sure everything was ok and letting us know when the villa would be cleaned. In particular, we had a late flight home and Daniela was able to accommodate us with a late check out. This flexibility made the last day of our holiday pleasant and relaxing and we appreciated this hugely.
Only one tiny issue- the beds were a little hard especially in the 2nd bedroom, but this was only a minor issue and by the end of the holiday we didn’t even notice this.

The villa and facilities were perfect and just as described.
Owners omitted to tell us that there would be building/refurbishment of the villa next door. First three days had noise and dust that spoiled the ambience of our villa.

Very clean, great communication and as always the wonderful Angelica.
Only one remote control for the two bedroom aircon.

This was our second time staying here. It has everything you could possibly need. The villa is immaculately clean and is very spacious.
It's a bit far out, but it was a pleasant 20-minute stroll down to the beach. Taxis are only about €4.

Beautiful villa, great location - just 20 minutes walk into Playa Blanca. Taxi service very easy to order and use (around €4 each way). We stayed for 10 nights and villa was cleaned twice, including pool. Regular contact from host to ensure we were all ok and enjoying ourselves.Villa is very spacious and pool area perfect to have a lazy day around. Kitchen well equipped and having a washing machine was a great (travel light:-)) Highly recommended.
Nothing.

The villa was in a quiet location, ideal for relaxing. Playa Blanca was only a 10 minute walk away and had everything we needed, supermarkets, bars, restaurants.
Hire a car and go to the beaches at Papagayo, absolutely wonderful but probably get crowded in the summer. Be aware though that the ‘road’ is an unmade, rutted track.
This is probably a particularly British criticism but the provision of a teapot would have improved the overall score. We had to make tea in the cups, no mugs, another minus. A proper pottery teapot, not those horrible steel ones is required.

location and private pool
the pool whilst I paid for heating was not heated to a degree that enabled comfortable swimming .Also the television did not work re uk channels for the first 2 days however it was great for the last 5 days once fixed

We stayed in number 31 at the end of the road. Great villa, not overlooked and really quiet, which is what we wanted. The villa was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.
Unfortunately and like a lot of reviews on here the villa really needs to be updated, however this would not stop me from staying again. This was our third time here and we still enjoyed it. The heated pool and peace and quiet more than make up for anything negative.

The pool was a good size and very well heated (there was a daily charge which we did expect to pay as it is well signposted in the literature for the villa). The pool was cleaned regularly. The villa was very clean and also cleaned regularly during our stay with towel changes etc. We know Lanzarote well and this villa provides an excellent location for families. It is an easy walk into Playa Blanca and the local supermarkets/dining/beaches but also the area is very quiet and in a non-through road so there is very little noise. Added to this, the installed double glazing is excellent and it was very easy to get a good sleep every night. The kitchen was well equipped with a good size fridge freezer - easily enough for a week's shopping. We also used the charcoal barbecue several times. The WiFi worked reliably for the full duration of our stay and was fast enough for movie streaming/video calls. The housekeeping team were super friendly and told us in advance when they would arrive. We would definitely stay here again and thought it represented good value overall.
The villa could use a bit of updating but this is no real surprise given that the Canary Islands were badly affected by the pandemic and a lot of businesses had no income for a long time. There is so much else to recommend this villa that it is easy to look past this.

Good sized rooms. Good kitchen & lounge/dining room. Large double bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Attractive private garden & pool with steps for easy entry. Very suitable for a non-swimmer. The Villa was very clean and staff were quick to resolve a minor query.
There was rather limited storage for clothes in the bedroom. A chest type of dressing table would have been useful.

Exactly what we wanted, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, swimming pool and barbecue. Quiet location.
the fittings were a bit tired (ie the wardrobes)

The villas was great clean and tidy
and comfortable everything you needed. Villa staff were fantastic very helpful and welcoming.
A little to far out from resort. I'm not great with walking long distances? But fantastic taxi service in area. Kitchen could do with more work space. Plus no shop near by.

Been going here for 10 years - although only 7 visits due to the pandemic.
We went in March and everything was exactly the same but tired.
I'm glad to say they've clearly had a revamp.
New sunbeds - definitely needed.
New patio table and chairs - definitely needed
New fridge freezer and a general clean up and repaint.
It's made such a difference and now deserves a 9 rather than a 7.
Love this place.
Although there's always a bottle of water in the fridge and this time some fruit, I do wish some kitchen surface cleaner would be provided.
We went and purchased some first day.
Surfaces need to be clean and free of any food or drink due to the micro ants. It's a hot country, it's what you'd expect.
Unfortunately the neighbours were heavy smokers and that spoilt sitting on the patio.
But that's no fault of the villa owners, just our choice not to be smokers.

Quiet and private. Lovely pool area, great to have washing machine and Angelique ensured we were never without anything. We had a car so location was perfect base for town, marina and beaches.
It would be handy to have two keys, but not really a negative.

I left a previous review, as I stayed here last year too, so I will try not to repeat myself. In short, I liked almost everything about this villa. It's one of a few almost identical villas in a quiet cul-de-sac a few minutes drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. I'd recommend some form of transport if you stay here though, as it is a 20 to 30 minute walk. The villa is very well equipped and the staff couldn't be more helpful, coming frequently and offering more supplies, eg. toilet rolls, towels, sheets, dish washing tablets, etc. We were messaged before they came as well. The villa is well stocked with just about everything that you could need. I especially like the fact that all villas in this area are bungalows, so no other villas overlook the outdoor area, making it very private. There are terraces on every villa, so one neighbour could overlook the property, but no one really ever goes up there, so you don't need to worry about that.
One thing to note is that the drive for all of these villas have very narrow entrances. I doubt that a big people carrier would fit in and even an economy size car (Corsa) was difficult to park in the drive. This is made worse, by neighbours that park on the pavement outside. One time we came back to find that the pool man had parked directly across the front of our drive. An extra slap in the face came when we realised that he wasn't even cleaning our pool! ;)
One other sad point about this group of villas is that pool heating is still NOT included. At €15 extra per day, it's not cheap either. This is really, my only serious disappointment with this villa. It wasn't cheap to rent and other villas include pool heating for the same price. I would seriously urge the owners to include the heating in future. However, luckily, in July, heating wasn't really necessary.

perfect for a chilled out holiday. about 30 minute walk to shops and beach, we bred a car and this was a 5 minute drive. staff were lovely and we have a the pool and house cleaned whilst we were there. had everything we needed!!

Our Villa was spotlessly clean with all our needs catered for. Towels and toiletries were provided along with kitchen utensils. The Villa was cleaned twice during our stay with fresh towels provided. You can imagine our surprise when we arrived back to find our towels decoratively arranged as swans on our bed with flowers from the garden! A lovely touch also was a little note from Angelica with a gift of a bottle of wine. Our Villa was very comfortable and we really enjoyed a most relaxing holiday at Villas Susaeta.
There was nothing we didn’t like. Fantastic property.

Host was at the end of a phone/text and there was always fast response to a couple of small issues. The pool was lovely and the position very quiet.
The position was quite a walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. There was an issue from the electricity switching off if you had the oven on with other things (had to go and flick the fuse). No kids games there to play.

Great location, a 20 minute walk to the beach. View of red Mountain. Excellent facilities. Clean private pool. Wifi available. Extremely clean, the cleaner Angelica is a treasure who looked after all our needs.
A tea pot would be a great addition to the well equipped kitchen

The area was quiet and the villa was immaculate.
Can’t have it both ways, but no easy access to shops and restaurants.
