En general bien

La ubicación era excelente. Cerca del centro, y de fácil acceso en coche. El personal muy majo, sobre todo el chico que nos sirvió el desayuno y nos dios consejos para movernos por la zona. Una maravilla

El olor de las habitaciones. Olía a desagüe y era insoportable. Las habitaciones son antiguas, y había mucho ruido de la gente que pasaba por el pasillo y algo que parecía ser una lavadora centrifugando durante la madrugada.

Buena experiencia. Para repetir.

Las vistas, ya que tiene una terraza de buen tamaño. Y se ven los viñedos, es muy bonito.

La habitación un poco pequeña. Y un poco antiguo, al igual que el baño.

Magnífica situación

Magnífica situación. Habitación pequeña pero con camas muy cómodas y baño amplio. Silencioso. Buen desayuno.

Aunque ya lo sabíamos, el acceso al hotel y a las habitaciones es sólo por escaleras. No supone problema sin dificultades de movilidad.

Location was perfect.

View from room was superb.

Bar /eatery next door but obviously part of hotel ,for some reason known only to themselves gave up serving food which was wasn`t very welcoming.

Such a great hotel when visiting Laguardia.

Sofía and Asier were outstanding. Sami was great too. our room was very clean and spotless.

i liked everything about this place and their restaurant was excellent.

Beautiful town, average hotel without parking

The location of the hotel was excellent , the town is stunning and well worth a visit

There was no parking available so had to walk a long way with the travel bags. On departure, I went to reception at 7.30am in order to pay only to find that there was no one in the reception area. I rang the bell many times without getting any response. It was not until 8.15 that somebody came to reception.

Amazing views Amazing value !

The room had a large terrace with an amazing view to the mountains and over 4 provinces! Shame the weather was overcast but we still enjoyed sitting out with a bottle of wine! The terrace has a couple of sun beds for warmer weather . The hotel is right across from the old town walls , a beautiful old town with quaint narrow streets and lots of bars and restaurants Parking for our motorcycle was good Bed was comfortable and everything clean

Not really a complaint but we were looking forward to a meal in the highly recommended restaurant but it was closed , it was low season and Monday though

Too high price too low quality

Very good location.

Very old shower cabin+shower didn't work properly. Cabin itself very old tiles and need to be fixed and/or replaced. Price is very high for quality of the room. Also the restaurant prices are very high for the quantity of food given. Breakfast is very small for the price with no variety of food. Quality of food is good.

Perfect base to explore an exceptional walled town

Fantastic views from our room and a really nice balcony that we didn't expect.

No lift and quite a few stairs. Car parking was a bit of a challenge

Our room with a mountain view and balcony was beautiful. Amazing view. Room was fresh, clean, very well presented, beds super comfy. Everything we needed. We got breakfast, lovely. Staff, service was wonderful. Totally recommend.

Totally unkind and unhelpful staff. There is no possibility to late check-in even if you have a problems in travel. We kindly ask for a help in difficult time during our travel but the lady from the staff ignored us and was not empathetic at all. Location in beautiful place encourage us to reserve this place but we strongly not recommend it. The worst staff in last five years of our travels.

amazing historic town to visit. hotel is very comfortable and ideally situated. No lift.

comfortable room with large balcony with amazing views excellent location in historic town.

the restaurant was closed but many other places to eat nearby. the 2 sets of stairs were too much for us as pensioners with an elderly dog too. no lift in the hotel. parking is a lottery

parking. restaurant was closed. breakfast poor value. no information in room or for accessing hotel in evening when closed. fortunately there were clients on their balcony who gave us the code otherwise we would have had to sleep in our car.
