Everything possible was provided. The room was exceptionally clean. The location was superb.
You need to keep the shutters and windows closed because of the market being set up overnight. A little bit noisy.

A really nice property in a wonderful location. Rooms were clean, location was easy to find and the manager and housekeeping staff were warm and welcoming. View of the plaza below was unbelievable and it was a real treat to watch the local life move past outside the huge windows. Being above a main busy plaza did lead to some extra noize one of the nights so if you expect silence after 10pm this might not be the best choice for you. We loved being in the middle of it all. Bathroom was nice with a huge sink and excellent AC. Included breakfast is packaged pastry and a Nespresso type machine in the room. Fine for us but not any kind of full service american style breakfast. No elevator and our room was on one of the upper floors. Again fine for us, but might be a big challenge for anyone who can't do stairs. Entrance was off the main square with a simple door and code and was not set up as a true hotel with 24/7 staff on site.
Would have liked an elevator but this is way overshadowed by staying in an awesome historic building in the center of an incredible historic city.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and resting. The room and toilet are very clean. The juice for breakfast is very attractive. I like it very much.

very friendly Manager, central location
very small room - Balkon not usable - extremely noisy up to 2:00am - Breakfast just prepackaged

Great location in the heart of the Piazza. Within easy walking distance of everything the old town had to offer. Accommodation was clean, tidy and reasonably well appointed.
The top room in the house is not for the faint hearted......many steep stairs! "Breakfast included" was a selection of cakes wrapped in plastic and a coffee machine. I should have read the reviews before I booked as others have mentioned this. No view of the square from the room, just next door. The boiler in the bathroom fired intermittently all night, which was irritating. Nothing major but lots of small things made this stay poor value for money as it is expensive. I would not recommend.

I thought I would like the location: the Piazza Maggiore is a beautiful piazza right at the centre of town. However, as my room ('with city view') was located at the back of the building and there are no windows at the reception area, the only way I could enjoy the piazza was by way of the noise.
- Breakfast was supposed to be included, but is was not. There is tea/coffee, though.
- The 'city view' means that you will look out onto the opposite wall.
- There is no one around to help you either during check-in or during your stay. The only contact I had with the owner was his reminder that I shouldn't forget the city tax.

Very clean, modern and friendly. We will book it again in the future. Cleaning every day.

Friendly welcome, easy check in, room upgrade, lovely room overlooking the square. Well heated (I moved out of previous accommodation because cold and noisy)

The room was chic, comfortable, and pretty. The location is amazing! Right on the square next to the clock tower! There is a permanent market with fresh meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, pastas, sweets, breads, and cheeses!
There was an outside market with low-priced clothing, ceramics, leather goods, etc. In the squares in front of the hotel and in the adjoining next plazas the three days we were there.
Owner Paolo and Olga were so helpful and kind! They went out of their way to help us.
We will definitely go there again!!!!! Karla Peska

Perfect location to discover Padua. Paolo, the manager was very helpful. Pleasantly decorated, clean room and bathroom. What more could anyone ask for?
4.3
Clean rooms, amazing location.
Take into account there is no 24×7 reception... more like Airbnb. Also, no real breakfast, just snacks.

Overall it was enchanting building due to its history. The room a was clean and in excellent condition. We had an excellent view of the square. If you public transportation instead of using your own vehicle you're better off.
You definitely need a smartphone with Italian service to find the townhouse and then the parking lot. It isn't well marked, we had to ask a taxi driver where the entrance was. Then we had to call the manager to get the code to enter. We never met management, so after walking up a flight of stairs we found our room key and a business card for the parking lot. We then dragged our suitcases up to the fourth floor. There was no valet, so we then set off to find the parking garage. Google map takes you to the backside of the garage, you'll have to find your way to the entrance. When it said breakfast included, we thought there would be a dining area. Instead they leave croissants, juice, and a coffee machine we never did find out how to use. Don't pay for breakfast, just walk to a local coffee shop. We had to pay the garage 20 Euros a day for parking, but I thought we had that added already to room charge. Finally, since the townhouse is on the square, the noise from people partying each night until 2:00 AM was very loud. Street cleaning starts at 6:00 AM.

Lovely view from the room, nice decor and very central location
Noisy late at night & breakfast was just self-service snacks left in the room

This house is in one of the most beautiful central squares in Padova. Our room was on the top floor, with no lift, but our host was kind enough to carry our bag upstairs on arrival and so it wasn't a problem. He was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable and had good aircon. There was a kettle & fridge and tea, coffee & sweet treats if you wanted a snack. It is a house with rooms let out to guests, rather than a hotel.
No complaints, but next time, I think I'd book a room opening onto the square, as it would be a lovely view.. It is a lively square and could possibly be noisy, but we were not disturbed in our room at the back of the property.

loved Paolo!!! He made sure there were no problems and the location was great
stairs stairs stairs stairs

Breakfast was included by way of packaged croissants etc with a good coffee machine in the room since there wasn’t a dining room. Very good quality fittings with a top quality bathroom.
A better choice of breakfast items without the need for a great range. On the other hand the hotel fronted the square surrounded by eating places so the choice is with the guest.

location was perfect. room was lovely
the stairs!!!!

The locatin was very good
it had lots of narrow stairs , there was no elevator
4.3
Location was great, near the center.
The room was spacious and quiet, although it was next to one of the squares.
Our car was parked somewhere we didn't know, so we couldn't get to our car during our stay. We asked the owner where the car was parked but he didn't reply
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, all the food was prepackaged
4.3
Location! Specially if you want to be in the center of night life
They shouldn’t advertise “Breakfast Included” and then have a coffee machine and some biscuits in the room and excuse with Covid-19 limitations…
