Very kind staff, ready to help anytime.
Big apartment, it has everything you need.
Close to center and stadio.

Great service, great communication and quick response to guest needs.
Very calm, green, quiet and safe neighborhood. Good location, very close to the bus stop, which can take you to the center or to the train station.
The spaciousness of the apartment. Terrace / balcony.
Well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, induction cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, a lot of dishes and cutlery, a big plus for the starter set - dish sponge, cloth, dish soap).
Bed too soft, sometimes you can feel the springs.
Very unpleasant smell of detergents on the first day of stay (like at the dentist's), fortunately, after airing the apartment, it stopped smelling.
The apartment was cleaned very well, but has a lot of old, probably difficult to remove dirt, e.g. a stain on the sofa.

The position is quite close to the city centre. I expected to be way worse from the comments, but surprinsingly it was quite good. The place is more like an airbnb and not as a hotel. The furniture is new and modern and you had everything you needed. The cleaning lady was nice and helpful when I did the check-in .
The furniture is a little bit damaged, even thought it looked quite new. There were some stains on the sofa( but not so big as I expected).
In the first night I had some noisy neighbors, but when they checked-out, it was very quiet.

Very spacious, fully equipped, and modern apartment, even had a washing machine. Very quiet residential location. Code system made it quite convenient to get the keys.
The location is a bit isolated, around 20 minutes walk away from city centre, but was a pleasant stroll.

The housecleaner was very friendly and helpfull.
A professional was sent to the apartment only 2 hours after having informed by telefone that the water does not stop running in the toilet bowl. Taxi services in Padua functioned very well. Reached the apartment within 2 minutes. The quarter where the apt. is situated is very quiet. You can reach the historic center by walking. Apt. 10 at the second floor has a view of tree canopys, which is very nice.
The bed in the living room was too short for a person with 1,9 m and a metal bar underneath the matras was felt while sleeping. Organisational team was not very helpful in enabling an earlier arrival, insisting on an arrival after 15:30. Though by 12 o´clock the 4 apartments of floor 1 were cleaned and ready for use. It would only have needed a call to the housecleaner and a request to start cleaning our apartment first.

Very good, equipped apartment not far from city centre, the entry is fully automatic with codes.
The overall cleaning was not good: smells of cigarette, balcony full with leaves and dust, the outdoor unit of air conditioner was full with dust, we don't dare to turn it on, because what cleanness of indoor unit can?

Very nice and quiet place easy to get to the center of the town
There was a lot of mosquitoes
May be the left the windows open.
They should always check the rooms before a new entrance.

The appartments matched well the purpose of our trip. Good conditions and all facilities in the appartments for the group of young sporters who came for a sport week at the fencing club in Padova.
The sofa is a bit small for two adolescents/mature persons.

The code entrance
old, worn out, very dirty apartments. The quality of mattresses, towels and linen is just awful. we left after 1 day even though we booked 2, didn't want to spoil the experience of italy.

location is OK
Wrong apt code sent by mail (# instead of *), parking code device was irresponsive (had to type 10 times, no luck for button contacts were worned-out or similar, thus had to enter behind and open from inside).
This is not apt for 4, 2+2 at best. Once you have sofa as bed for 2, you cannot moove around living room which is extremely small...
There is almost no cuttlery in kitchen, no knife for bread, etc...
Cofee machine is not nespresso but cheap china made 10 eur plastic espresso machine with capsules that cannot be bougth in the store...

The telephone service was extremely good. We had some trouble in the appartment, partly our fault (did not check in online) and some due to failing heating system and works at the building. But the perons at the call-service were amazing in helping us out and finding solutions. We really apreciate that!
Some trouble with the internet and heating due to temporary works at the street and building. We arrived at a bad moment, and the problems are now fixed.

Location was convenient - not too far from the old city (15 minutes walk), easy to reach by bus from the station
Quite cold and a bit humid - could be because of the weather (it was raining)

Nice zone with a lot of birds-singing. Pretty balcony in apartment. Quite and peace neighborhood
Maybe it’s time to have some light repair to some things inside

Apartment was clean and comfortable!

Clean, nice, warm, was really good location.
I didn't like that the windows were defective, it didn't close and you had to stay with that shutter of light always closed.
It can be dangerous
They have to do something with the people who make noise ( is like them building)

Good, quiet location, 15min walk to the centre
- The flat smelled of cigarettes
- The shower drain was blocked so you were standing in the water full of hair while taking a shower
- We paid 10€ for secured parking but the gate remained open throughout the night so I wouldn't really call that secure. I contacted MyPlace with the pictures of the open gate and asked for the refund but they refused to pay as I didn't contact them earlier (today is 4 days after our check out, 1 day after our holidays' finished).
- Their opening hours are from 10 till 18 with an hour break in between so for us it was impossible to reach them during our one night stay to report any issue.
- Would I recommend staying here - NO
