Staff OK
Hotel trend to switch service to on-line without personal assistance should be supported with better internal proceses. SW of check in boxes, internationalized etc

Size of the room, breakfast, friendly staff.
Hotel under renovation - the lobby and the coridor with signs of renovation: paper covers, paint, other materials. I had 2 single beds in my room and 1 of the beds was damaged, had a dent in the middle of the bed. Lucikly I was sleeping on the other one. The walls between the rooms are very thin and you can hear very clearly sounds and noises from the neighbouring rooms. The same with the room doors. All in all I woudl expect lower price for the room. Ps. I have read quite some many opinions about the check in kiosk and difficulties with the self check in process; I had no issues with check in.

Michela at the reception was very helpful and supportive
Hotel is located inside a shopping mall, which closes all doors at night. Leaving NO option for hotel guests to leave the building. No information were provided upfront by the hotel. I was able to leave the hotel, ONLY because accidentally someone from outside opened a safety exit for me. That was the worse experience in 30 years of travelling. Avoid this place at all costs!

Breakfast. Good for the hotel it was.
Morning reception: very nice and polite
Evening reception: i had to talk to a microphone. Reception staff was not on location. They did solve me moving to another room when the initial one was very smelly (waterlock problem).
- very difficult to find the hotel when parking in the comercial center (no signs indicating where the hotel is )
- as a woman traveling alone it feels very unsafe arriving in the evening, having to walk through a closed commercial center, no signs indicating direction, entering a dodgy elevator, arriving at a closed door, having to talk to an intercom. —> wrong hotel for the timing and situation

staff was very helpful and their hotline tried to help us so much.
the check in machine!!!
and that I got a mix up in the room.

it took 45 minutes to check in. no staff onsite. only a computer that did not work.

We asked for an accessible room and were promised we would get one.
But when we got to the hotel in the evening, the room we got from the check in machine was not accessible, with stairs. After a long phone discussion with human representatives late in the evening some solution was found.
The check in machine does not work well.
The direction signs within the hotel to the breakfast room and to the exit are not clear

Difficult to access as there was no staff in the reception. First time at a hotel that doesnt have 24h staff
3.4
Nothing.
the staff was inhospitable, a receptionist (woman) who waited for us to check in was rude and we were afraid to ask for anything from the staff, we got a room for 3 people and the 3rd person that was me, I had a temporary bed it was very cramped and not comfortable.

The breakfast was good.
The order of the breakfast during the check-in didn´t work, because the machine didn´t accept our creditcards. (but we could order breakfast by telephone and pay for it next morning)
Today there was only coffee in the machine, and nobody told us about it. So we tried Cafe Latte and Capuccino and we got half of a cup , mostly milk.
Nobody told us that we could use the code only the first day. Nobody told us, that during the day we had to use the main door to get out of the hotel on the ground floor and in the late evenings we had to use the side door to get up to the hotel, the main door was closed then.

Reception needs to be open more

personnel creativity in creating problems i would never imagine possible
customer service, lack of respect for privacy, incompetent staff, unserviceable checkin machine, staff lying that there is no room left in the hotel i booked in, and trying to relocate me in the middle of the night (which turned out to be not true cause suddenly rooms were found for me and 5 more people waiting in queue), personnel expecting me to spell my credit card number out loud in public via phonecall, horrendous smell, stench from bathroom, hotel even rejected my request for a simple invoice!

The view above Ishoj is nice.
The facility is quite run down. It's integrated in a shopping center. a rather strange location.
There was black mold in my bathroom. Furniture is partly worn out.
Login process was a total mess. I arrived outside reception tiomes and the credentials sent by booking.com did not work.
They will never work, by the way, because Zleep Hotel have not synced their computer systems with booking.com. So you have to sort out everything on the phone and via intercom. Really annoying and lengthy process. Only highlight: The guy on from the hotline, who was quite helpful.

Very pleasant place to stay in Ishøj. Lovely room at an affordable price. The hotel entrance is in a shopping centre and it’s quite confusing working out how to get in, especially at night when you can only access it from certain entrances.
There were no reception staff present on the weekend. You ring a buzzer and the person on the phone gives you a code to get through the door. Then you check in on a self-service machine. it’s efficient, but a bit soleless.

The very shower curtain😅

very nice. Just all you need
A littel problem with check-in
