Bellissima scoperta !
4.5

Beautiful hotel with enormous potential
Definitively not a 4-star experience and not because of the room or the facility but mostly for the service. Some staff is completely unprepared to serve a 4-star hotel.

Staff were great. Food also very good. Tranquil beautiful setting. Comfy rooms.
Spoken English is quite limited by staff. Obviously they are Italian and no reason they should speak English, but our basic Italian made communicating quite tricky

The largest pool down the steps.
Our room was noisy and too small for three.

Fantastic buffet breakfast and dinner. Amazing pool and beach access.
Wish they had communicated pool hours. It was super hot when we were there. And evenings were often the best time to be outside but pools were sometimes closed.

Actually I don`t understand why the location had so many negative reviews. I see them and any way I chose to go for the location, the beach and the 3 pools area and I did good (my niece 6 years old was very happy with everything).
What I like: the location, the fact that there wasn`t too many people, the silence (no one around at 5 am when I do my sport and my walking to the beach, and most of the time during the day the pools are empty), clean rooms, the sea area is beautiful, internet is working properly, most of the people working there are very polite and problem solving type.
Yes you have a little of walking around like 8 min from my room to the reception or 12-15 min to the beach but being in vacation, so doing nothing is the best way to keep yourself healthy, move! Any way there is a train to the beach as well. All the services are having a cost, but you can ask about it before to buy your vacation, so you chose this type of structure or not.
The beach is having a cost just if you chose the first 4 rows near the sea!
The food can have more variation for lunch and dinner and even for breakfast, in special vegetables. Be prepared they will cook almost everything with tomato. :))))
Will be cool to have free water for meals for all inclusive.

The breakfast was good and staff serving it was excellent. The staff except at the reception was really very nice and very helpful. At the reception some were outstanding .The facility is amazing and are like the pictures, the beach, the train to get there, the pools, the bar etc. All beautiful and clean.
I spent 5 nights there.
Simple things like no Kleenex in the rooms and you cannot get it. You have to pay a deposit for a beach towel, and then you pay to clean it 3 euros each time. I find that surprising in a beach resort hotel like this. Then you do not get all the info needed when you arrive, you have to guess, ask and discover.
The hotel is in a quiet area , no restaurants around so you have to have a car. Or you stay and eat at the resort. They have in the evening a buffet menu in the restaurant, 55 euros or wood oven pizza outside/or salad that you order; no other choices. However, one day the pizzeria was closed for a private event so the only choice was the buffet. And if you are not hungry, or feel like only some pasta, not possible. You pay 55 euros and eat just a little or you go to bed without eating. There is a small supermarket not far, but with the hot weather, no kitchen, you can maybe buy some cheese.
I did not have a car which means I had to take taxis (100 euros from Brindisi) and even for this you have to plan ahead to book the taxi. It is not close to the train station either and I did not see any shuttle possible. I asked and was told, that no there isn't., Ostuni the town is so beautiful and has many restaurants and shops , it is 20 mn away and you need to park the car or take a taxi . Not possible to walk to get there.

The breakfast options were plentiful, freshly made, served with exceptional care and courtesy by all the most friendly staff members.
My wife and I would really find it difficult to pinpoint anything in particularly we didn't like.

Very relaxing atmosphere, spacious, nicely furnished rooms, beautiful grounds with multiple seating corners, multiple pools, a lovely beach, a very courteous staff, and excellent food.

Nothing. Really.
This is the first time I’m leaving an “avoid at all costs” review - please do NOT book the Ostuni Rosa Marina Resort under any circumstance. Ever. In twenty years of extensively traveling for work and leisure, I’ve never had a worse experience. The low points were: impatient, downright arrogant staff, rooms that seemed to have zero insulation, dirty pool, services that did not work (gym), and barely working wifi. Our experience was so bad that booking.com, at their cost, reimbursed the entire stay without asking twice (the Rosa Marina must be a well known problem). So please, do yourself a favor and book another place: just down the street you can book the “Hotel del Levante” or the “Canne Bianche”, you’ll be happy!

The building was nice and the breakfast was good except for the coffee.
Incredibly overpriced and you have to pay to go to the beach. The air conditioner didn’t work. When we checked in way past the check-in time the room wasn’t even clean yet. We stayed one night and they wouldn’t let us go to the beach or pool in the morning. The shower heads have no pressure.

Facilities and location are ok. All the rest is to forget.
Receptionist is very slow, check in at 5 pm and check out at 11am lol. No information was given about breakfast timing or other Facilities.
Beach access should be additionally paid €25 per person each day. No service was provided on the beach.
If you don’t have a booking for the beach sun beds - you cannot stay in first or second line (no one told us and it’s not written anywhere)
There is a restaurant on the beach but no timing not for lunch neither for dinner. We were not able to eat cause apparently they were full (5 tables were eating and the place was half empty in fact)
By the way parking is paid as well separately and the price is different from the one showed on Booking.com if you want the car close enough.
No hospitality level from their employees of the hotel. Complete zero smile and welcoming.

Close to relatives who live in Rosamarina. Hotel was comfortable and could easily accommodate our group.
1. I cannot recall when I last had to pay for my stay in full, upon arrival.
2. Felt I was “nickeled and dimed”for everything (€10 deposit for towel,€3 of which was kept to launder them upon leaving, additional charge for extra room key and so on.
3. Breakfast never changed…same food every morning.

The breakfast was adequate.
There was loud music playing every evening during our stay until the early morning hours. There was a group of people who continued to drink throughout the night and made it near impossible for me and my partner to sleep. This hotel is massively overpriced, advertised inaccurately and when I wrote to Domenico Decillis to express my concerns, he replied in an arrogant and rude manner telling me it's completely normal to expect noise throughout the night.

This resort was grubby, from arriving at the reception desk to the bedroom it should be rated a two star hotel. The photos are deceiving. The air-con didn’t work in the bedroom and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. We were supposed to stay for two nights but left after the first.

The decour.
Terrible service.
Felt like a time travel back in the 80's.
Really a Motel by the highway with a big price tag.
Sub pair food at restaurant.
Perhaps the pandemic was a big factor here.
Endless set of stairs without an elevator or ramps.
Constant noise from the highway next door.

Service is kind and helpful
More than 200€ / night for a place that is not worth 2*, in the middle of nowhere.... come on !
Rooms are small and spartiate. No decoration in the whole place.

I liked the fact that the property had a private beach, which was the reason why I booked this hotel. Very large resort, surrounded by nature which gave it a tropical feel.
The biggest disappointment was a discussion I had with the receptionist, about the amenities included in our stay. I had booked this hotel strictly for the fact that it had a private beach and access to it was included in the total price, as advertised on booking.com. I was surprised when the receptionist asked for an extra charge to access the beach and after mentioning what is advertised on booking she mentioned that they've had this complaint before and that it's booking.com's fault. As mentioned to her as well, it's not my problem that the property and 3rd party have an issue. At the end of the day, their issue has a negative effect on the consumer. In this specific case, as a long term user of booking.com, I will think twice before using this platform again. Kudos to the hotel for agreeing to waive the fee! a much appreciated gesture after a heated argument!

The staff was rude, the resort was not 4 star. They should not be classified as 4 star. They had no restaurants available. The private beach is a train ride away, it is not as the photos show. Over priced, never would recommend.
4.2
The bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the showers with a strong water pressure
The fact that I was without any public transport to wonder the town at my leisure
