Breakfast was perfect, lots of tasty food.
The staff is kind and helpful.
6.0
The room was clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful; check-in and check-out were very smooth. The property was quiet, and on a very quiet street too. Several grocery stores and food options were within walking distance, as was a nearby tram stop.
The wifi was very poor and kept cutting out every few minutes during the evenings and required us to login each time. The bathroom wasn't supplied with hand soap for the sink, so we had to purchase some at the nearby grocery; a couple of lightbulbs appeared to be out as well. We selected a suite with two twin beds, but found that these were pushed together into essentially one larger bed which seemed to defeat the purpose.

convenient for local contact, not central Berlin
some in-room vending machine: coffee or drink would have been nice on arrival

All the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and everything offered was fresh. There was enough parking. It's an affordable hotel in an area of Berlin that has few hotel offerings.
The room we stayed in had a non-working bathroom light and felt very lived-in. Everything looked like in the fotos on first glance but had definitely seen better days.

WAY overprices - I paid over 900 euros for 4 nights

The breakfast is great. The location is good.
The bedsheet and bed is not good smell. It look like as not clean well. The room is dark. The street noise is too loud.

The hotel is located in a quiet place with good transport accessibility. Supermarkets and cafes are within walking distance. At the reception you meet very friendly people with a good sense of humor) Breakfast is excellent (special thanks to Olga).

The room was pretty good the staff was nice and it was good value
The shower didn't go in the right direction and the shower curtain wasn't great. Also the staff tidied and cleaned the room every day.

The staff were friendly, the room was quite, WiFi was free and fast, breakfast quite remarkable, value for money good
Far from center, towels should have been cleaner, provided facilities were minimal, check-in desk closes after 19:00 (though they email you about where to find the key, I didn't want to risk!)

Breakfast was decent, but vegetables was not too fresh. The black tea also was not the best one but I am used with this king of tea in hotels.
Not bad but not great. For the price can be considered reasonable.
I liked the staff, very friendly and helpful.
The location is not bad, you can easily jump in a tram and are app 10 stops to U Tierpark.
Not too many options too eat in the area, but if you are not picky, you can go to IKEA and is just fine.
Free parking was also great.
The vegetables from the breakfast, the black tea and this is all.
I have not too much critics, considering the price, of course. It was just as I expected to be.

Close to public transport, Free Car parking, Very quiet location, Beds are comfortable.
Room is small for family , we were 2 adults and 1 kid ( 6 years) . We booked the room with Kitchenette , but there was only a microwave oven and very few utensils. We had prepared for cooking our food, but was disappointed with the facility for cooking

Great place to stay when you're traveling by car. Free parking, outside of the Berlin ecozone. Clean rooms, easy check-in at any time. Delicious buffet in the morning as well.

Free parking. Rodi Bar very close to the hotel was perfect and open 24 hrs. The room was in decent size and perfect for short stay.
