Tolle Wohnung und Lage. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt

Alles war perfekt! Die Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen, in ihr. Es ist sehr schön und ruhig, obwohl das Gebäude neben der Bahnlinie und einer großen Straße liegt. Es gab Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe und eine sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Es war eine Kleinigkeit, aber es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man die Heizung in der Wohnung hätte regulieren können.

Local perto da estação, mas com equipe de trabalho nada amigável

A melhor coisa é que a acomodação fica bem pertinho da estação, isso é maravilhoso! Além disso, há supermercado e demais lojas perto, o que facilita muito a nossa vida! Por fim, a acomodação é bastante confortável e dispõe de pia, fogão e utensílios para cozinhar.

A equipe do hotel não é amigável e é bastante hostil! São todos muito arrogantes, especialmente os da recepção. Quando precisei falar com eles, eles lhe olham com ar de arrogante e de superioridade, com um tom bastante discriminatório, inclusive. Foi bastante desconfortável e não entendo o porquê disto. Além disso, a acomodação dispõe de apenas um elevador, o que é bastante irritante e frustrante, pois não raras vezes ele está concorrido.

Was ok for 3 working days not more.

I found a cockroach in my room. The bed sheet was not clean. I asked the reception and they change it. the location is near the S bahn but far from attraction. I don't recommend.

Manageable, but I wouldn't come back unless there is no other choice.

Easy to access Close to public transport Spacious room with well equipped kitchen and a fairly large bathroom. All was clean. Enough storage space and not a bad view from the window.

The lack of air conditioning was a big letdown. The bigger letdown, however, was the constant flow of warm air through a vent in the wall, which I couldn't stop in any way. The room was getting very warm, to the point where my pillow was drenched in sweat and I couldn't sleep. I tried opening the windows, but the noise from the traffic outside made it absolutely impossible to sleep as well. Around 4-5 o'clock the temperature in the room was finally manageable and I was finally able to sleep.

Zeer comfortabele studio direct naast station in een buurt met veel winkels en restaurants!

Een heel fijn bed en het klimaat in kamer was veel beter dan gemiddeld in hotels

Ik miste informatie in de FAQ over het parkeren in de directe omgeving. Ik ging uit van betaald parkeren en zocht vooraf een garage. Was mooi geweest als hierover in FAQ had gestaan dat je overal kan parkeren en mss ook waar je dit het beste kan doen. En het zelf inchecken ging super makkelijk, maar we zagen dat andere (oudere) gasten er meer moeite mee hadden.

Es un hotel nuevo o renovado de hace pocos años, así que se ve bien. La habitación estaba limpia y te puedes hacer una café por la mañana. Está debajo de la estación de S Bahn, te conecta en unos 20 min con el centro, 30/40 a cualquier parte de la ciudad.

Nos dieron un apartamento distinto al que aparecía en el anuncio de Booking, era mas pequeño y la cama estaba contra la pared, que para pasar una semana dos personas es incómodo. La cama era incómoda y pequeña. Parecía como un sofá-cama extendido. Al girarte durante la noche, te podías golpear. Al decirlo en recepción, no pudieron ofrecer ninguna solución. Decían que la queja debía ser a Booking y unos de vacaciones tampoco tiene ganas de liarse tanto. Además, la ducha sale con muy poca presión. Por ultimo, es este tipo de hotel que tu te lo haces todo: desde el check in hasta la limpieza.

Liegt direkt am Bahnhof Karlshorst (50m).

Das günstigste Appartement ist sehr klein. Das Bett gerade mal 1,4m, wobei die Matratze teilweise außerhalb des Bettes ist. Das Fenster kann man wegen der Züge nicht öffnen, da das zu laut ist. Gleichzeitig ist das Appartement sehr warm gewesen. Bei der Anmeldung kann man nur genau ab 15.00 Uhr einchecken und bei uns war eines von zweien der Tablets offline. Gereinigt wird 1x pro Woche.

APARTAMENTO PERFECTO (excepto en época de calor).

1. Todo está nuevo, y la limpieza es impecable tanto en las zonas comunes como en las privadas. 2. El diseño del apartamento es funcional y agradable, pero para ser perfecto debería disponer de un par de butacas o un sofá, aunque fuera pequeño, donde poder relajarse. 3. El equipamiento de la cocina (vajilla, cubiertos y cazuelas) es excelente. 4. La botella de agua y la de cerveza se agradecen el día de llegada, después de un largo viaje. 5. El kit de bienvenida (papel de cocina, bayeta, jabón, pastillas de lavavajillas y cápsulas de café) es idóneo, aunque le añadiría una esponja de cocina. 6. Ubicación junto a una parada de metro, en 20 min estás en el centro.

1. El alojamiento no tiene aire acondicionado (ya lo sabía cuando reservé), y con las temperaturas del mes de Agosto y la falta de persianas, la habitación se convierte en un horno, donde es muy difícil dormir (las ventanas no se pueden abrir por el paso constante de trenes, y aunque hay un ventilador en la habitación, es muy ruidoso). Recomiendo llevar tapones para los oídos. 2. Tras realizar la reserva, solicité al hotel poder registrarme antes de la hora marcada, y me dijeron que lo consultara al llegar, y que si la habitación estaba preparada, podría hacerlo. Cuando llegué, así lo hice, y me dijeron sin verificar nada que tenía que esperar sí o sí hasta la hora oficial de entrada (el personal de recepción debería ser un poco más "customer friendly"). Por otro lado, si bien es cierto que se ofrecen hacerse cargo de la maleta hasta ese momento, hay que dejarla a la vista y acceso de todo el mundo delante de la recepción, y te obligan a firmar un documento que les exime de responsabilidades.

Ich würde nur für sehr kurze Aufenthalte im Winter wieder kommen.

Lage an der S-Bahn wirklich prima. Ausstattung der Küche ebenfalls.

Fürchterlich schlechtes Bett - Matratze sehr schlecht, dünn und durchgelegen. Nicht mal alleine ist das länger als zwei Nächte auszuhalten. Zimmer werden im Sommer sehr warm und es ist nicht möglich vernünftig zu lüften, da man dann mit dem dauerhaften Straßenlärm leben muss.

Struttura con ottimi collegamenti per il centro.

La camera era molto bella, luminosa e pulita. Metro praticamente fuori dalla struttura e alcuni buoni servizi di prima necessità nei dintorni.

Mi rammarico di non avere avuto la possibilità di fare un late check out. Inoltre, una pecca importante per il prezzo non proprio economico della camera è che mancava il condizionatore ed era disponibile solo su richiesta un ventilatore da terra.

Practical accommodation

Practical room with adequate amenities for storing things and simple cooking. Decent size bathroom. Location near a park, which even though pretty derelict, was nice for morning and evening walks.

I totally disliked the rude and unprofessional manager.

Comfortable stay

It was comfortable stay, its quite a good place with everything available nearby. I could cook at room for most of my stay.

Cleaning of the room should have been done more frequently. Only once in 7 days towards the end of stay.

All necessities for cooking were available. Enough space for your stuff and easy to check in.

we stayed for 4 nights but our towels were not refreshed and there was no information about how to get fresh ones.

Passable

The room was good. The hotel was very close to public transport.

The lady at the reception was very rude. She made the whole check-in process unpleasant. In the room, the bedding was not washed. When checking out, the cleaning lady rang my doorbell before 10 am because she wanted to clean. This does not reflect well on the hotel. She also stood outside my room from 10 am to 11 am waiting for us to check out. As soon as we left the room, she went in to clean with a very inappropriate expression on her face.
