Centraal hotel, met alles dicht in de buurt. Vriendelijk personeel, maar kamers verouderd

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Die je graag helpt, met het bestellen van toegangskaartjes, reserveren taxi, fietsverhuur. Perfecte centrale ligging hotel, met daaromheen allemaal restaurants, barretjes. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt, maar zag er verzorgd uit. En je kunt gebruik maken van de in het hotel aanwezige fietsen, wel reserveren voor gebruik. En korting bij dichtbij gelegen fietsverhuur.

We hadden een familie kamer, die bij aankomst ontzettend klein was. Hebben een andere iets ruimere familie kamer gekregen, wat zeker een stuk prettiger was. Maar voor een bedrag van €931,00 voor 3 nachten, wat ons betreft het zeker niet waard was. Zeer basic en kamers zijn verouderd en meubilair is aan vervanging toe. Foto's van de kamers op de website komen zeker niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Dat was voor ons als gezin, met twee kinderen een mindere ervaring.

מיקום בלב העיר העתיקה , קרוב למסעדות ואיזורי התיור . מרחק 5 דקות הליכה מפלאסה ריינה. מלון שקט. מזרנים נוחים.

מיושן נראה ללא תחזוקה מיוחדת למעט חדרי אמבטיה לאחר שיפוץ. מגבות דקות וכנראה ישנות עם ריח לא נעים, למעט כניסה שאר המסדרונות בקומות ללא מזגן, ארוחת בוקר בסיסית ללא עמדות שירות פעילות (חביתה מקושקשת מוכנה) אפילו דברי המאפה (קוראסונים, דונדטס וכו')קרים מהמקרר. למעט ביום הראשון בזמן הצ'ק אין שבו זכינו לחיוך לא היתה כל התייחסות של הצוות בשלושת הימים לאחר מכן. אפילו לא ברכה לשלום דבר שקרה בכל המלונות האחרים שהתארחנו. אין בר פעיל בכל שעות היום אלא עמדה להכנה עצמית של משקה חם. יקר מאוד בהשוואה למלונות הרבה יותר טובים ששהינו בהם.

I would definitely stay at this property again.

I felt safe and at ease. Pietro was great and very attentive. The property was adequate for four but only offered two beds. I can tell you we very close to Saint Peter’s Square and we got our exercise since the property is a good walk up a hill.

Very small clothes washer and next time I would make sure to rent scooters, although I didn’t really mind the exercise. Other than that the property was well located and Pietro was a great and very attentive host.

Bijzonder fijn verblijf gehad.

Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk, de kamer was niet erg ruim, maar prima voor ons verblijf. Fijne douche. Goed ontbijt met voldoende keuze. De ligging is perfect in het centrum tussen de Plaça de la Reina en Plaça de Ajuntament. Fijne restaurants in de buurt. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf en zullen bij een volgend bezoek aan Valencia zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen.!

Un hotel agradable y acogedor.

La ubicación es excelente, el personal es muy amable, la habitación es agradable y limpia y el desayuno muy bueno en un espacio bonito.

No me gustó el hecho de que casi toda la rotulación esté solo en inglés. Yo entiendo bien el inglés, pero no me gusta sentirme en mi país como si estuviera en una colonia. Creo que todo debería estar en español, aunque esté también en inglés.

Superb

Lovely modern hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Great location, old town within walking distance.

Would have been great to have a fitness centre, but not essential I guess. Rooms were a little on the small side.

Loved the hotel and would return.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and kept topped up. We used the hotel bikes which was enjoyable and liked the coffee and tea available in reception. All the staff were friendly and the location is very central.

A comfy chair in the bedroom would have been good.

The fact that we could not drive up to the hotel. We had to unload our bags on the Main Street & then drag them to the hotel

Execellent!

I was travelling with my young son who has a nut allergy and the staff were amazing, kind, caring and so helpful about this. They also helped us with maps,buses and the best places to visit. The location of this hotel is perfect and it has free bicycles. Our room was quiet with a lovely view, we couldn’t have asked for more!

Super value

The location of this hotel was perfect and very central. We came to Valencia by train so it took us only 10minutes to reach the Renfe. It is in a quiet street so it is not noisy and you have everything in walking distance. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, i love all the amenities in the room, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices and fresh products, we also could rent bikes for free. The staff was super nice and friendly. We had an amazing experience in this hotel and we would highly recommend it.

Another excellent stay at the Petit Palace Plaza de la Renia.

This was our 4th stay in this hotel. We love the location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms comfortable and have good on suite bathrooms with walk in shower. Good breakfast with gluten free options ( one of our party had gluten allergy). Complimentary tea and coffee in reception area until midnight. Definately recommend this hotel when visiting Valencia.

Superb

Excellent location for all attractions. We took the metro from the airport and walked the 6 mins to the hotel. Great staff, wonderful welcome, happy to help in any way. The room had a wonderful little balcony with roof top views, the street view was also pretty. We left the French doors open at night and were rewarded with a lovely light breeze.

If we are going to be picky it would be to suggest tea and coffee facilities in the room- but there was complimentary refreshments in the lobby until midnight every day.

Lovely, friendly hotel in a super location.

Lovely hotel in a super location. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had a room for 5 people which was a little tight in size but couldn’t fault anything else. Bathroom was great, beds comfy & great to have windows they fully opened. Would absolutely stay here again & would have no issue recommending it.
