Very nice relaxed atmosphere. No waiting times. Nice lobby area. Close to stations. Always taxi's available.
9.0 / 10.0
The lobby is on the 25th floor of the Shiodome Media Tower, providing an unbelievable view of Tokyo right at check-in. Walking in is like that hotel level in Cyberpunk 2077. It's modern and polished and the art exhibits add to the ambience. The staff are top-tier. Smiles, bows, greetings, and a sincere willingness to help. I didn't bother with breakfast because there's a Family Mart in the basement. Konbini snacks are part of the experience, after all. I stayed in a junior suite on the 27th floor and it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Shimbashi station is a short walk away and Shiodome station is easily accessed from the 1st and 3rd floor, with the latter allowing a short walk to the monorail to Odaiba for your giant Gundam needs. I miss Tokyo already and I miss this hotel.
No cons really. If I had to put something, and it looks like Booking wants me to, I'd say that the particular room we stayed in was just a tiny bit tired. It's a bit on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

Desayuno perfecto. Trato del personal impecable. Habitaciones espaciosas.
No encuentro algo q no me gustara.

Very nice location, it is easy to commute to Asakusa, Shibuya and other points of interest via subway. Excellent facilities with a beautiful view.
I liked everything

Nothing it was terrible
The room was extremely dirty, with dust and dirty walls. The facilities were very poor, with broken furniture and outdated amenities that were barely functional.

Lovely staff.
Noisy Shinkansen and Yamanote Line if you have view of Tokyo Tower…
Not great value for money. The hotel is a bit tatty and I would expect better for the kind of money it costs. Breakfast cost is extortionate.
Aircon was pretty rubbish in our room. I told a receptionist and he basically fobbed me off. Aircon in reception is amazing… lol.
Location is meh… it has good subway and monorail lines around but not sure what it’s convenient for? Note the rooms that face the Tower have a (fun) view of Shinkansen and Yamanote lines… they are very noisy, the windows don’t block that sound out.
BTW if you’re expecting an amazing view of the Tokyo Tower… there’s a tall building in front of it, so it’s only partial.

Train station was on B1 of elevator..super convenient and family mart was downstairs with a heap of restaurant and shopping options. The views were spectacular from our triple corner room (level 34 - the highest) and also from the hotel lobby (could see Mt Fuji on a clear day). Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful and the art exhibition through out the hotel was awesome too. Rooms were roomy for Japan comparisons.
The cleaners made the beds, emptied the bins and restocked amenities but didn’t clean bedside tables, window sills or bathroom.
Restaurant menu was over priced with very small portions and the menu food options did not suit Japan.

Great location and incredible views.
Bathroom could be slightly more modern but was overall very clean and functional.

A little confused to get from the main lobby to the hotel lobby

Stayed there four nights for a family vacation. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and courteous. The lobby was very nice with a great view of Tokyo tower and art objects. Even had a currency exchange machine tucked away which was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant just spectacular. We used the train quite a bit as the public transit system in Japan is unparalleled. The path to the shimbashi station was very confusing although once mastered , it was so convenient to travel and unbelievably inexpensive to travel to places via subway! The railways system in Tokyo is truly a marvel!
Wished there was a gym.

Near shopping district
The cigarette smell in the room was really bad. Even after we switched on the air purifier for the whole afternoon it did not go away.
When switched on the hair dryer and kettle at the same time and the power tripped. We called the reception and was told we can’t use both at the same time…

The location and the staff
The photos were used were taken with a wide angle camera and it made the room look way bigger than it was.
The walls were kinda stained and the bathtub very basic.

The staff were attentive and very welcoming. They helped us with suitcases and to get a taxi the next day to the airport. The views from the lobby and our room were great.
The room was small and the bathroom very compact with an old-school bathtub and shower curtain. We found dirt around the toilet and alerted staff who tended ti this straight away.

Stellar views of Tokyo start at the impressive reception on the 25th floor, including view of Mt Fuji. Greeted by warm welcoming staff, this hotel displays variety of art you can purchase. We had a great room so high you can see across to bay areas. Super clean & comfortable. So close to transport Shiodome etc & restaurants. Staff very attentive & made my birthday extra special. Loved it all! So happy we stayed here! Thank you Park Hotel Tokyo!

The view was amazing especially during sunrise and night time.
Bed was very comfy and the lighting in the room was amazing.
We did not request for room service yet the hotel was kind enough to drop off a bag of supplies and towels at the door.
Location was better than expected - Not only was it close to Shinbashi station, the hotel was actually 1 minute walk to Shiodome train station on the bridge.
Only took us 15 min to walk to the busiest parts of Ginza. It was really close to Tsukiji and Odaiba district as well.

The hotel was amazing and had great amenities: free coffee/tea at the reception daily & washing machine and dryers are available for use at a reasonable price. The hotel staff was very helpful when we needed to deliver our luggage to the next location and assisted us with arranging that as well.
The hotel was connected underground to many train lines however, will need to walk a bit (about 10 minutes) to get to some lines. Other than that getting a cab in the area was very easy.

Incredible views of Tokyo! Great artsy atmosphere, really feels like you are staying in an art gallery.
I was expecting a bit more modern-looking room, especially the bathroom.
