Wir haben den Aufenthalt am Lago Maggiore genossen, die Lage des Hotels ermöglichte kurze Wege.

Frühstück war okay, aber keine warmen Speisen (Speck, Eier). Personal hilfreich bei Fragen nach Ausflugszielen, Abfahrtszeiten etc. Beim Beziehens unseres Zimmers reagierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Das wurde über Anfrage rasch behoben.

Struttura meravigliosa. Tenuta veramente bene , accoglienza della reception super . ( ho amato il fatto di trovare il vangelo di luca in camera )

L’unica cosa che veramente è stato disgustoso e mi dispiace veramente scriverlo ma ci tengo molto . Dopo un accoglienza meravigliosa, una stanza ottima , una colazione super abbondante, purtroppo tutto rovinato da 2 elementi in sala durante la colazione. Tengo a precisare, 2 donne italiane e una asiatica molto gentili , purtroppo è arrivata una ragazza giovane alle 10 mentre eravamo a tavola iniziava a parlare in un modo vergognoso e volgare con frasi da schifo mentre si mangiava , ( se volete i dettagli posso scrivervi via email ) la cosa allucinante è che il maitre de salle ( credo lo sia visto che era l’unico uomo in sala ) invece di richiamarla l’abbracciava e rideva nelle frasi oscene che diceva quella ragazza riguardo al sesso . Tutto questo in un luogo dove si dovrebbe predicare la buona testimonianza. Spiace veramente dire tutto questo , ma sono rimasto schifato da quella ragazzina .

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelangestellte, gemütliche Bar mit gut gelauntem Barman, Lage zentral. Das Interieur von Eingang, Bar etc war auch schön, hat mich an ein Schiff erinnert.

Das Frühstück war ein bisschen 'Standard', die Eier immer kalt, aber ok. Was gestört hat waren die 2 Bosse/Chefs ? die etwas eilig und gestresst herumliefen und in einem Moment wurde eine Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich behandelt. Erstens ist das nicht schön vor den Hotelgästen, und es machte auch sonst keinen guten Eindruck, zumal die Hotelangestellten non-stop und aufmerksam arbeiteten, schwer vorstellbar was die liebe Frau 'falsch' gemacht haben soll.

Kann ich jeder Person als Hotel in Intra empfehlen!

ein sehr charmantes Hotel mit Grandezza, schöner Anlage und komfortablen Zimmern. Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her unschlagbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption war besonders hilfreich. Ich komme sehr gern wieder.

prijs kwaliteit prima maar mag echt een goede opknapbeurt hebben! vrij onpersoonlijk hotel

ligging heel centraal en gratis parkeren in de buurt

kamer klein en erg gedateerd! was overigens wel netjes schoon! inplaats van dekbedden nog dekens en met partner met hooikoorts dus erg vervelend! ook gehorig met gasten die diep in de nacht in de tuin zaten te praten. na receptie gebeld te hebben was het gelijk wel over.

Comodo al centro della cittadina, zona tranquilla, parcheggio disponibile (a pagamento all'aperto). Il chiostro antico è molto bello. La colazione è abbondante

Lo staff non è riuscito a fornirci indicazioni turistiche minime (es dove si trova l'ufficio informazioni o dove si possono noleggiare biciclette) Dalla camera si sentivano molto nitidi i rumori del corridoio e delle stanze vicine, perciò benché la zona fosse tranquilla il rumore interno alla struttura era notevole

magnifique demeure rénovée avec goût et idéalement située pour accéder à la ville en moins de 10 min à pied. Le personnel bilingue Français. A découvrir aussi le restaurant de l hôtel.

Ideal for a short stay

The location is close to the centre of attractions and the hotel offers good quality breakfast.

There was a problem with the AC in the rooms therefore we had to make do with a fan in the August heat. The room was a little small.

Great value for money in a charming monastery setting

Charming hotel and great value for money! We particularly liked: - locked and secure storage room for bicycles as we were traveling by bike -multilingual staff at the reception (German, French, Italian, English, …?) - breakfast & courtyard/garden

The location of this Hotel is good. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and they try to do their job very well. Rooms are well cleaned.

Unfortunately, the heating did not work in the hotel, there were some problems with ventilation and air conditioning, and there was also a smell of dampness.

I enjoyed my stay near Lago Maggiore in this hotel. I would come here again on my next visit to the area.

The staff were very forthcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. The coffee and wine at the bar were very good.

I had to pay 10,-€ per day for parking in front of the hotel. But I suppose that’s the going rate in Intra.

When i arrived my first contact with front office person, she was very cold. Not even say hello or explain any things. i have to ask the question that she must say. Even not a look at me. And the rest of the personal of the hotel was really nice. And always with smile and wham welcome. Big thanks to them .

The gardens of the hotel are very nice. There is a nice playground which was wonderful for our daughter. The hotel is spacious with lots of rooms you can use (TV room, a sitting room with a piano and e-piano, a small fitness room) and there are lots of places and passages to discover which is also wonderful for children. The rooms are furnished practically- everything you need is there. Supermarket ist just a 2min walk away and when we where there (low-season) it was no problem to bring food/drinks from outside. We also were welcomed to eat our take away dinner from outside in the restaurant because the had just dinner there at the weekend - even then it was no problem (maybe because of low-season- but no matter what-thank you we appreciate it). Breakfast was simple but good. Location is quite nice and calm and it takes just a few minutes to the Lago Maggiore, restaurants and stores in the city. We defenitly revommand this hotel for families, but of course it could also bei nice for pairs or singles. Value for money is very good.

Rooms are poorly soundproofed, but because there were not that many guests we where not much disturbed by others!
