The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room.
It was the worst hotel I've ever seen .
It looks very very outdated. The shower had no cabin or glass. You literally had a shower hanging on a wall and a hole in the middle of the bathroom . The bathroom does not look like the pictures on booking ( please see atached photo) . The food was cheap and not enough. The staff was bored and dressed in sweatshirts and loose pants, without an uniform or name tag. It was almost imposibile to identify them. The parking is extra ( 10 leva per day) the sunbeds on the beach are not included. The pool was very cold, no one was entering it. The drinks were impossible to drink. I have sayed în 2 star hotels that were much better then this one.

The size of the room, room was clean, animation for kids was good, location was good, staff was polite.
Food was for 3 stars hotel not for 4 star( not good), poor quality and not big variety of choices. Noisy in the evenings due to local restaurants being very close and working very late. Even with closed doors still can hear the music from outside.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Would recommend.
The hotel advertised waterslide, sunbeds and parasols on the beach included in the price. It was important for me and one of the reasons for choosing the hotel. It turned out a lie. There was a waterslide but it has not been working for the last 20-30 years or so. We had to pay for everything on the beach as well which was not as per the booking.

The spacious and very clean rooms, the excellent behavior of the employees
It's not a 4 star hotel, not at all
9.0 / 10.0
Hotel is very clean, personel very professional and kind, excellent food, located on the beach, ses is beautiful and clean. Animator for kids is the best
Parking is very small and extra paid. They do not offer their umbrellas and sunbads on the beach.
9.0 / 10.0
Great location near the beach, restaurants, supermarket, shops
Spacious rooms
Big terrace
Daily cleaning
Nice food
Good value for money
The lady from the kids club very kind and attentive. I appreciate her work!
It's not a super luxury hotel and I can find minor minuses, but for the money it's great
Recommend for a family vacation with kids
We will visit again for sure!
Noise all night coming from the beach bar.
Room facing the sea was very noisy
I assume rooms facing the swimming pool are also noisy. The least noisy are those facing the parking
-some of waiters and other stuff not as friendly
Might be improved how the personal behave and serve. I could see that they are quite new and not so we'll trained to behave professional and be kind and fast
However, not a major issue just a suggestion for improvement

We had a great vaccation in hotel Kamenec, everything was exaptional. On our check-in to the hotel's reception we asked if we could change the room without the balcony that we reserved over Booking, for the one with balcony, and recepcionist Mrs.Miroslava Kucheva was so fantastic and really helpful to give us a new room at no extra charge, which made our stay even more confortable. She also gave us a free parking lot. In general, all the hotel staff is great, kind, smiling and friendly and will helpful.
The food in the hotel is above expectations, many types of dishes were served throughout the day and they were prepared deliciously. The hotel pool is well maintained, every morning there is an aquabic in the water for those who want morning exercise. The hotel is on the beach and there is a paved path to the beach. The beach is also above expectations, clean, the sand is yellowish and fine and the entrance to the water is sandy and pleasant which is really great because you won't hurt your feet on the rocks. The sea is clean and wonderful for swimming. Umbrella and 2 beds cost 21 levs (10 euros). There are bars on the beach offering drinks and food. Kiten is a small place with many shops, restaurants and bars that come to life in the summer season and offer a variety of facilities for summer vacations. We liked it a lot, we had a great vacation here and we plan to come back again next year.

Great hotel in a lovely little corner of the Bulgarian coast. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Sunsets are beautiful. Pool area is nice.
Off season this place was a ghost town, don't even think about coming after mid-September. Wasn't exactly 4 stars in my book, but nothing wrong in particular.

The spacious bedroom..Beautiful sea view..Delicious breakfast..followed by Aerobics at poolside!
Absolutely nothing...

The rooms were spacious and the bed was big, nevertheless it was two single beds joined together, which made a gap between them and made it uncomfortable. The surfaces were clean. There was WiFi in the room, unpaid. They swiftly respond to complaints about not working or broken things. The pool was clean and they cleaned it every morning. The staff was friendly and tried to make a good impression. There was an outdoor dining area and there was sufficient space for everyone.
The hotel is not as pictures show. Most facilities are outdated, worn-out and in need of repair/refurbishment or change. Bathroom was big but very dated, there was sand in the corners, the water changed temperature randomly while running and as a result I almost bunt my child!
The breakfast had very limited contents, basic continental breakfast plus two tradinional breakfast items, both deep-fried, that they served every odd day. Aside from that, there were no fruit whatsoever and only cucumbers and tomatoes as healthy items.
The other meals were also limited, they tried to offer variety but in the end it was not so much different meals than different labels to present them. Grill items were low quality and done poorly. Snack offered only one, maximum two items. Beverages were boxed, alcohol very poor quality.
It was close to the beach but not what I describe as a first line hotel. You have to walk 5 minutes approximately to reach the sea. The umbrellas and chaises were paid separately.
The hotel was soundproofed but only from outside noise. Noisy guests were a common occurrence and we were woken by such two of the mornings at twenty to 8. The lobby bar had customers that made noise late into the night and nobody took any regard.
Bad TV reception. The elevators were only two and sometimes they did not operate properly or at all.

Big plus for the pool and distance to the beach (1 minute walking).
Pretty difficult to discuss with the staff, since most of them didn't speak English, at all..

The best location ever.
We had an apartment and it was spacious and comfortable with a massive balcony with the sea view.
The choice of drinks and food could have been wider.
It seems that parking is an issue.
The hotel is big but has only 2 tiny lifts.

Located at the beach, that‘s not a lie. Bathroom was surprisingly clean.
Extremely expensive for what you get! We have booked for 2 nights, but left after the first one. Pictures are old, probably from the time the hotel was just build, but now it is old and do not correspond to the real situation!!

Good location. By the sea. Spectacular balkony view. Silence...

Parking spot is not guaranteed and is not free but paid. You also cannot reserve it in advance, when you arrive we were told that we will get a parking place if there is a free one and we need to pay for it additionallty, which is not what it says in booking.com

Good food
10.0 / 10.0
The food was actually above expectations, the fruit and vegetables in particular were awesome. Drinks were about par for the course for an all inclusive hotel in this price range.
Kids had a great time at the pools as well as the kid's corner.
No sunbeds or umbrellas at the seaside included is probably the only downside of the hotel. We ended up spending most of the time at the pool, though, so no big deal.

- perfect location - (right next to the beach) and view (if you apply for a room with sea view. The others are facing the parking or the swimming pool)
- very large and spacious room
- nice swimming pool
- THE NOISE!!! There are three music clubs The Crown, Cavali and Vulchan voivoda, within 50-100 meters away from the hotel. All three of them have live music performances every night, all through the night. And the noise coming from them is horrible. The closest club which is on the beach has music played 24/7. Hence you can't hear the sea at all, but the never ending house/pop folk beats. The live concerts - they can be heart even though we stayed with close windows, from the bathroom. I am perfectly aware this is not sth that depends on the hotel itself. Yet it's guests must be aware of the fact.
- the bathroom - there is no curtain and all the water goes on the floor while you are having a shower. And everything gets wet pretty fast.
10.0 / 10.0
The room, the staff, the sea view and the location. I can think of anything I didnt like.
Nothing
7.0 / 10.0
The food is very tasteful, the rooms are large and have a very nice sea-view. The hotel is small but clean, has a very good location, near the sea and the city facilities. Free parking available. A lot of food opportunities nearby, having very competitive prices. Wifi is quite good covering most areas of the hotel.
All inclusive service was below expectations: drinks are not of good quality, there is no sufficient space in the restaurant, the pool is small, no other services specific to 4* all inclusive hotels, no private chairs on the beach, no mattresses or towels available.
