Location was superb. Nice view of the mountains. Highly recommended for walks and excursion in the nearby mountains. Staff was also very nice.
No specific need for improvement as everything was already perfect. Thank you for hosting my parents for a few nights. We would love to come back next year.

A nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms in a great location, right at the start of a very popular hiking trail, nestled in the middle of the Italian Alps; we enjoyed lovely walks/hikes amidst the apline animal farm life, just beautiful! Good hourly bus service to the neighbouring villages and towns. The staff were very friendly, helpful and competent. My husband really enjoyed the wellness facilities. The food was good too, with the chef making a great effort to provide very varied and tasty evening meals. The breakfast was good - if you get there early! We like a cooked breakfast, but a lie-in as well. So most of the time we got there the scrambled eggs were mostly dried out, no longer moist. The dining room was very nice and the fellow guests were polite and friendly. We were there 1 week, halfboard (nowhere else to eat nearby), and I think it was good value for money; would highly recommend.
The bathroom had hardly any storage space at all, not even a hook at the back of the door. Also the woodwork in our bathroom needed attention as it was mouldy and peeling off. The very small sil by the mouldy window frame was the only space for a few toiletries. I was looking forward to the whirlpool, but this one was too cool for me at 29 degrees - I am used to whirlpool temperatures of around 37 degrees (body temperature), so I ended up only using it once. Also we were looking forward to relaxing on the balcony, but the furniture there was unusable, needs replacing/thorough cleaning.
