Widoki!!! Bliskość natury i bardzo pomocny i przyjazny personel, wynagradzają niedociągnięcia lokalu.
Wymaga już renowacji, warto też pomyśleć o posprzątaniu wokół obiektu

Loved our stay! Nothing fancy but all that you need. Rooms are clean and staff are really nice. Hotel owner was fantastic, giving us advice on how to stay safe and get to where we need to. Restaurant downstairs is fantastic albeit expensive like most things in perhentian.
Whilst we did want to try out the big island having stayed in Long Beach previously. Just know that there isn’t much on this strip of the island. Long Beach has much more life and the beach is easier to swim as there are more rocks on this side. No big deal though as you can easily catch a water taxi to wherever you want.

The host with the whole staff is just super friendly and so helpfull. The local food is by far the best on the island
rooms could need some care but similar to all other accommondations

The staff were friendly and helpful, food was good value and tasty
The hotel was very tired, our room had paint peeling off the ceiling, the sink leaked when used and the grounds were stricken with old materials and rubbish. The whole place needed a face lift. The photos and reviews on booking.com were old and not really showing the hotel as it really is. The area next to Cozy was a disused hotel which you had to walk through a building site to get to Cozy. The beach wasn't kept clean as it 'didn't belong to cozy' which was very disappointing as it wouldn't take much effort to keep it clean for thier residents. The rest of the island was not looked after either, there was a lot of rubbish and you got the feeling that everybody thought that it was someone else's problem so they did nothing. A better choice would be the Tioman islands who are proud of thier island and look after it.

The room quite big with double beds.
just basic room. No kettle, hair dryer and the tv doesn't work.

i love that the island is a little bit secluded from any other resorts. perfect for a quiet vacation. the beach was clean and covered with trees so it wasn’t too scorching. the food was impeccable definitely worth the price. suggest ordering the malay dishes as the cook really knows how to get that traditional flavour and consistency. the service was 100% the staffs were great, friendly and funny. the owners really know how to make their guests feel welcome.

The location is perfect. it’s on the quiet end of a beach within walking distance to other restaurants. the beach it’s on is beautiful and there’s another smaller beach right beside it. The restaurant is really good for dinner (the night bbq) and the main menu. the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean with good AC and a nice balcony.
Our room was right beside the kitchen which was very loud in the mornings. There was a bad smell in the bathroom occasionally which we thought was maybe related to the fan. Beach could use some more sun loungers!

We had a wonderful time at cozy resort! food was delicious and staff was more than friendly and helpful :-)
Nothing! just don’t expect 4-Star Western hotel standards

Overall good value for money and staffs are very friendly.
Could improve on maintaining the chalets, eg lighting and air-conditioning.

Food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Staff were lovely and always happy to help. Beach was nice and quiet with lots of other great places to visit nearby.

Exceptional location. Large room with a paradise-like view. Good food in the restaurant. Nice staff and owner.
No wifi in the chalet. No free drinking water. No constantly warm shower.

The place has great potential but unfortunatley it is not utilised. The room was big and clean. Nothing to complain about for this price. Very nice and helpfull staff. Decent food and reasonable prices in the restaurant.
The surrounding grounds of the property were in a bad shape. Beach was not well maintained, full of unnecessary stuff. Broken sun beds just in front of our windon from apparently best sea view room. There could be much improvement with just a little work and no money. Enought to clean the grounds and utilise what nature gives us. You can get better options for the same price on the same island. Sorry to say that but this is the reality.

Nice location and nice chalet and nice staff

Nicely located and great mattresses
Very basic, especially bathrooms really need to be upgraded. Reception and restaurant could also be made a bit more comfortable to turn it into a nice place to hang out and meet other travellers.

It is located in one of the most beautiful beaches (Tuna Bay) in Palau Besar. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful. Small grocery shop close to the hotel.
Bathroom facilities. It was old, didn't work properly and quite dirty. There wasn't wifi, except in the restaurant building. Old furniture.

Located directly at one of the beaches; nice and cheap restaurant; spacious but very simple rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.
WiFi was very bad, rooms could have been cleaner.

The staff were extremely friendly and the food was great.
There was rubbish all over the place and too many stairs to ger to the top chalet. The shower was not well thought out with no partition and no water pressure.

I really love the location of the chalet and the Staff is so friendly. I like every one of them. Food was also very tasty, especially Tomyam and bbq. I will come back again. Also, there is one restaurant near there (next to Suhailah Chalet) where you can order nasi dagang, nasi kerabu for breakfast but you need to order at night before and the price just only RM7. Worth it.

the staff were very kind and helpful. the food there is great!
the rooms we got were in terrible condition. it was old, some lights were not even working. the doors had holes in it. for the price i paid, i personally think it was not worth it at all. also i did not get the room i booked for, asked for 2 double beds but only got 1. so paid more for the room i got. basically suuuuuuper upset with the room.

The grilled menu in the evenings is amazing! Just in front of the sea. The place overall is ok, but next time I'd prefer to stay in another.
I thought, that the bed sheets were dirty, they did not seem to be fresh. The WiFi on the reception did not work well, I had to spend time sitting at Suhaila (place in 50 metres) with great WiFi and tasty burgers.

Great location, excellent dinner BBQ, very affordable
Could do with a bit more cleaning
