Superb

The reception staff Mr. Alex was wonderful in dealings with customers and are always smiling . Free car parking front the apartment . The location is close to restaurants, cafes and 10 minutes walking to the lake.

There is only one bathroom for showering in the apartment.

Lovely welcome and great facilities.

Convenient for shops and other facilities. Short walk to the ski bus stop and City Xpress ski lift.

Our sauna stopped heating sadly and a part couldnt be obtained during our stay. Unexpected and one of those things I guess. Prior to that it was brilliant.

Loving Living Schonwies

The appartment is perfect for a family, with its two bedrooms and large living area and bathrooms. The reception is great, Martina is the perfect warmest host and we definitely come back for more stays. The facilities are as described, the pool area nearby is great and Zell am See is a very friendly resort for families. We felt welcomed and we are grateful for that.

It was a home away from home. We will be staying again in the future.

We liked the friendly staff and the comfortable apartment. We liked that we had free access to the swimming pool/ leisure centre 20m away, great for adults and children alike. We particularly liked the underfloor heating and also that it was a very quiet place, you were unable to hear neighbours or people above you.

We have no complaints about the accommodation.

Perfect familly stay

Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds. Big bathroom with a sauna. Access to a swimming pool and saunas. Very kind receptionists, everything worked perfectley, we have nothing to complain about.

The place is quite modern, conveniently located a step away from a big indoor swimming pool. Summer card provided by the host gives access to lots of free or discounted attractions.

Exceptional

What did we like? Literally everything. Martina was super friendly, apartment was easy to find, beautifully renovated, location is brilliant (quiet but close enough to walk to the centre). Right next to the pool. So this apartment is definitely worth the money and we are definitely coming back, but this time for the big apartment with the terrace :) Oh, and go and try the sauna - amazing relax after active day. Me and my family want to say big thank you to Martina for being this amazing :)

Excellent stay in Austria.

Good communication, easy to find. Perfect spot for skiing, central to town & lifts. Also convenient for other areas in the Ski Circus. Would definitely consider using again if we return to the area.

Just what we were looking for, really worked a treat

Super hotel apartment, just 5 minutes walk to the CityXpress Cable Cars / Ski Rental / Ski School. Apartment perfect for 3 to 4, really well fitted out. Hostess excellent and always available. Free access to the Indoor Spa (pool, saunas etc) right next door was a real bonus. Apartment within 10 minutes walk of a range of super restaurants and shops.

Cant fault it to be honest. everything met our expectations. will be back.

Fabulous. The staff and apartment were great!

Welcome from Petra was great, as was her help on anything that we may have needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and quite spacious. The location was great, being next to the swimming pool.

The apartment only had limited storage space, which meant leaving clothing scattered on the bedroom floors for the whole of our stay. There is room for cupboards and more wardrobes which would facilitate this.

Beautiful clean apartment in a great location, with a fantastic host

Lovely, clean & spacious apartment. Good size lift to apartment floor - no issue fitting a large pram in it. Kitchen was well stocked. Petra is an amazing host, willing to help you with all your needs. It was also lovely to get a fresh change of towels half way through our stay. It was also great to be able to borrow some towels for the swimming pool next door. There was a stream running past the apartment building, you couldn't see it, but the sound was amazing!

Not a huge issue, but there was no 'mini' toiletries on arrival like we have had at most other apartments we have stayed in. Sink in the kitchen was in a somewhat awkward position to use - but there was a dishwasher so we didn't need to use it much!
