Unexpected getaway

The staff behaviour and responsiveness was unexpected. Arnav and team went out of way to make arrangements on being told about the upcoming birthday of my daughter. The Spa was also excellent. The hotel is very reasonably priced, considering what it has to offer.

The safari to the neighbouring wildlife reserve was not the most exciting!!!

Overall very poor and bad experience. Not worth the money charged at all. Very ill maintained.

1. Front Lawn and garden is well maintained. 2. Staff was courteous.

1. Rooms and Toilets are extremely ill maintained. Broken tiles and broken hangers in bathroom. 2. No running hot water for 48 hours. 3. Pathetic experience.

Required little more effort on maintenance

The pictorial campus and food preparation both are great.

Stay was not comfortable.The bathrooms were not functioning well.Expected better Linens, accessories and comfy bed.

IT WAS COMFY AND REFRESHING EXPERIENCE STAYING IN THIS PROPERTY

The property was very beautiful with spacious and comfortable rooms and helpful ,cordial staffs . The spa was also very relaxing and its staff were also quite capable of giving you a relaxing time.

THE PROPERTY WAS STRETCHED OUT ,THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS FROM ROOM TO RECEPTION OR DINNING AREA THE DISTANCE WAS QUIT A BIT, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF THEY HAD BATTERY OPERATED CARTS FOR THE GUESTS ESPECIALLY ON THE DAY OF CHECK INS.

The landscape in the property Indian preparation of food

Room maintenance isn't good. Doors of bathrooms were broken and intercom wasn't working. Chinese preparation of food was bad.

being a hotelier I will say it was a bad day that I chose this property. it’s just a name hyped were they are still in r

only the location

Maintenance wise just disaster. the basic amenities were not there like lights, intercom , door locks were not working. rooms were very shabby. charged premium but not at all value for money. there are lots more properties are there with less price and good services.

Location was good.. restaurant was in average..

Bathroom flush was not working. Hot water was not coming. Bathroom was really bad. Room service for food was very delay. Door lock was broken. According charge this was my worst experience.

Lovely Retreat and Spa for a long staycation. The Space helps in maintaining distance without effort

This is not my first stay, and I always loved this resort, despite the slight damps at one spot or two of room walls, the rooms are spacious and well designed, and if it's not raining, the balcony is a piece of tranquility. But what I was utterly apprehensive of, during this trip in March 2021 was lack of COVID awareness, not a single staff at the restaurant or house keeping ever wore a mask, and after the first three days, we stopped going to the restaurant for even the complimentary breakfast. Would have broken my heart to shout or argue with the staff regarding COVID protocol, since all the boys and girls are friendly nice people, so we refrained from visiting the restaurant ourselves. It is actually on the management, COVID awareness should be a policy beyond filling a form.
