Nice hotel not too far from port. Good breakfast too.

Air conditioning didn't work and meals spoilt by TVs being on and too loud. Not great to walk to/ from.

Exceptional

Although it is close to the refinery, the area is clean, the room clean, the bed very good. There is a large supermarket nearby. You can walk to the center.

Nice hotel, bad location, too expensive.

Nice breakfast, comfortable room, friendly staff.

* Fantastic view to a gas station and what appears to be a car wash. * Difficult to walk from the train station. There are no side walks and the traffic makes it unsafe. Not a hotel's fault, but affects the experience. * Too expensive for the location. I feel like a cheaper hotel but next to the ferry terminals would have been a better deal.

Great base for Stromboli ferry

Excellent hotel to go to Stromboli ferry. Manager personally dropped us off and picked us back up. Left our car in hotel parking lot for a small fee while in Stromboli. Location is close to ferry. Area is not super attractive (you need a car, it is not in the center), but hotel itself is perfect. We had a family room (4 persons), which was very nice. Nice breakfast also. Tip: The hike to "La Piscina di Venera" (pool of Venus, a natural pool on the sea with crystal clear water) is just 20 minutes away by car.

don’t let the outside put you off. the rooms are very comfortable.

this hotel is a real surprise inside when you consider how it looks from the outside and the location. the room was well equipped, in great condition and very comfortable. breakfast was very good too

we were surprised by the reaction of reception when we requested a factura

we were looking for a hotel with secure parking this is the only one we could find the first room we went into had a ver

Is that good secure parking behind a fenced barrier which is what we were looking for to leave luggage safe in the car

too far from the centre of town room was advertised to have a Seaview we would like to inform that only one room in the whole hotel has a Seaview and it was taken

Good for price, It's not so near to the city center but ok for service

Staff was very nice, breakfast not bad (no scramblrd eggs for free!). room was small but confortable in the facilities

They said they haver bike sharing service with few (6) bikes. We tryed to use two of them (choosed with nice help of the staff) but after 3 kms back weal of one of them was off. We called the hotel that send to us a car to get bikes. It came in 20 min and we have to try to put bikes inside the car(it was no easy.
