Tried to have our family stay next door, however, staff would not discuss the option as we were not the people who booked their room. We were just trying to explain that our family couple were also coming and we wanted to be next door to each other.

I didn't know there were upstairs rooms, as we were on a 2 week holiday our bags were to heavy to get up the stairs

Rooms were clean, great modern shower, friendly staff. Good accomodation and for the price.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was really good too. staff were friendly and were really nice and friendly

There wasn’t much we didn’t like, would have liked to see information in our rooms on the amenities like the different dining options, so we could have made a dinner reservation, instead we drove for a while to get a nice feed. we got lunch for my daughter at the bistro and it tasted like old oil, she wouldn’t eat it.

bookings .com refused to accept my credit card, saying it had expired Its valid to 2024. a second attempt at the motel worked ,fortunately the same thing happened 3 months ago. Your computer system is less than perfect

Fantastic value. Very clean comfortable and private. Lovely view from the balcony. Highly recommend, great location at base of mountain.

A nice place to stay for a short break if you’re attending a gig or function at the venue.

The dinner in the bistro was really good. Really enjoyed the calamari. Nice view of the garden and lake from our room. Fairly basic room but clean and quiet apart from the heater.

Could have done with more milk, maybe some bikkies, tissues, and an extra couple of wine glasses. The heater was very noisy. We were supposed to get 10%off our meal as we were guests, but not offered to us. $50 for late checkout is a bit rich we thought.
