Pleasant but we won’t be going back

The room is functional but very clean There was bottled water in the fridge, a nice touch We had a nice welcome with minimal paperwork We were able to check in at 2pm

Be advised are that the units are opposite Mc Donald’s drive through, you can hear the orders being placed, along with loud cars. You are a long way from Cairns central, too far to walk.

Adequate for one night but better options available elsewhere.

Large apartment. Spotlessly clean. Furnishings basic but adequate for one night’s stay. Small basic breakfast pack for each person.

Strange entrance way to the 3 bedroom apartment up covered concrete ramp and through a wooden door that looked like an entrance to a shed. Difficulty contacting hotel staff to check in and out. Office locked up and had to use a buzzer to alert staff. Took ages for anyone to come. Poor security on unit entrance. Windows frosted to block out views of storage areas and run down garden plots. Nothing of interest in surrounding areas to walk to. Need own car to get around. Didn’t use restaurant or Tavern facilities and didn’t see other accommodation units. Only stayed one night between flights.

Good value friendly staff.

Convenient location , with a Mc Donald's store next door very convenient for late arrival or early departure. Restaurant on site unfortunately closed due to my late arrival.

Small desk to work on , just had to move a few things back and forward to suit my requirements of laptop and Ipad use.

The Indigenous lady that keeps knocking on doors begging for money. 4 times we have stayed here, & 4 times she has been. The Garbage truck from Maccas. it would be very beneficial to have security employed to keep the undesirables away

Exceptional

Most comftorble bed ever!!! Nice cold aircon!!! Beautiful shower pressure!! Undercover parking and could park right outside our door. Facilities are great, delicious menu availble from Tavern for room service. Friendly Staff. Daily room service and Cleaning staff were so accomodating and wonderful with replenishing when we didnt need room service. Location is in a great spot, Maccas right next door, small shopping villlage nearby with IGA, Definatley staying again!! Larger rooms available with kitchens, will consider for our next stay as it will be longer.

Couldnt order room service for breakfast lol, but honestly the only thing for us was not having a 'do not disturb' sign to prop in the window or hang on door to conveniance the cleaners. We took turns having a nap incase room service popped around while we were napping. No biggie though. Really loved it..maybe just for the smaller rooms for short stays, a chux cloth and washing detergent satchets to wash cups, glasses n spoons :D

It is close to a Tavern for a good meal. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Staff in the Tavern were friendly and helpful.

As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and I liked the very comfortable bed. I also had a great night out at the Bis

I was I. Cairns as a stopover between planes and Nightcap suited my purpose very well. I liked the fact I got a free drink and discount at the Tavern and it was very close to a shopping centre.

I had problems scanning the QR Codes for WiFi and room service.
